Credits and delivery

One credit pays for each completed 2K AI generation or AI edit that produces a saved, viewable image. Credits cover generation, not subjective satisfaction or a guarantee that every instruction is followed. Each new generation or AI revision uses another credit. Technical failures without a delivered image do not consume credits. Results are conceptual and need human review; they are not construction documents. PNG/PDF export and the available schematic DXF tools are included. No promise of engineering accuracy or third-party commercial rights is made.

The $4.99 pack includes 20 credits, has no automatic renewal and does not expire. Starter is $9.99 per month for 40 credits; Plus is $19.99 per month for 100 credits. Monthly plans automatically renew until cancelled. Each completed monthly payment delivers its credit allocation, valid for one calendar month from that payment. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Pending, failed or declined payments do not deliver credits.

Cancellation

Cancel future renewals on the Pricing page under Manage subscriptions, or use the management options provided by your payment provider. Cancellation keeps already-paid credits until their expiry. Switching plans requires cancelling the existing subscription first. No automatic proration or partial refunds are offered.

Free tools and limits

Template tools and converters are free. Free AI credits are subject to the displayed allowance, availability and fair-use protections. Free credits are used first while free capacity is available; when that capacity is full, an available purchased credit can be used instead. Purchased tasks have a separate capacity allowance. Failed tasks do not consume user credits. Statutory rights take priority over these terms.

Acceptable use policy

Use FloorPlanBot only for lawful, non-sensitive architectural concepts and interior design. You must have permission to upload reference images and plans. Do not upload private addresses, access codes or confidential building security information. Our AI image tools use GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst through APIMODELS; FloorPlanBot is an independent product and does not claim endorsement by a model provider.

You may not request, upload, generate or distribute:

• Pornography, explicit sexual content or other NSFW content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Graphic violence, gore, threats, or content encouraging violence or self-harm.
• Hate speech, targeted harassment or discrimination against protected groups.
• Sexual or exploitative content involving minors, including CSAM and attempts to sexualize a young-looking person.
• Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, fraud or misleading depictions of real people without permission.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights, including unauthorized use of protected designs, characters, brands or logos.

Do not bypass access controls, abuse free credits, disrupt the service or misrepresent conceptual outputs as certified construction documents.

Reports, enforcement and appeals

Report suspected misuse to support@floorplanbot.com. Include the relevant task or page reference and a brief explanation; do not attach illegal material or sensitive payment details. We review reports and may request clarification, restrict access to reported content, or restrict generation for accounts involved in serious or repeated abuse. You may appeal an action by replying to support with the relevant reference and context.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, unlawful activity or threats to service security, following review where practicable. Urgent restrictions may be applied before notice when necessary to prevent harm. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected; any refund or remaining-credit request is reviewed under our Refund Policy. Cancellation of a subscription and termination of an account are separate actions; contact support if you need help stopping billing.

Payment providers

Waffo is the default checkout where offered; PayPal remains an optional alternative. For Waffo purchases, Waffo.com Limited acts as our online reseller and Merchant of Record and handles order-related payment inquiries and returns. Review the total, any applicable tax and the provider's terms before authorizing payment. FloorPlanBot delivers credits only after verified payment confirmation.

Stripe one-time payments

Stripe is an optional payment processor for the $4.99 one-time pack of 20 credits. This purchase does not renew. Payments for FloorPlanBot are collected through the Stripe merchant account of TAO JUNLAN. For payment or refund help, contact support@floorplanbot.com. Stripe does not act as our Merchant of Record; the seller remains responsible for applicable taxes. The total charged is USD 4.99, with no additional tax added at checkout. Only verified completed payments deliver credits.

Stripe monthly subscriptions

Starter renews at USD 9.99 each month for 40 credits; Plus renews at USD 19.99 each month for 100 credits. Each verified paid monthly invoice delivers its own credit allocation, expiring one calendar month after payment; unused credits do not roll over. Failed, pending and unpaid invoices do not deliver credits. Cancel future renewal from your Stripe subscription in the payment history on our Pricing page. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period and preserves already-paid credits until their individual expiry. To change plans, wait for the current subscription to end before starting another. Cancellation and refunds are separate. The payment total includes any tax charged by us, with no extra amount added at checkout.

Stripe may display RedditSonar, the existing merchant-account name, when requesting recurring-payment authorization. The product is FloorPlanBot and payments are collected through TAO JUNLAN's Stripe merchant account; support remains support@floorplanbot.com.

Content checks

Before generation we screen submitted text and reference images using Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite through APIMODELS. We also screen generated images before delivering them. Automated checks focus on explicit unsafe content: pornography, child exploitation, graphic violence, incitement of harm or hate, gambling promotion and illegal drug activity. We also restrict clear reproduction of recognizable protected characters, distinctive logo artwork and specific protected works when authorization for this service has not been verified. Ordinary brand mentions, abstract design styles, furniture and layout references are allowed; brand names alone are not grounds for rejection. Screening does not assess layout accuracy or certify legal clearance. Requests or outputs that are blocked or cannot be checked are not delivered and do not consume user credits. Automated screening can make mistakes; contact support with the task reference to request review.
