Your data and privacy

This notice describes how FloorPlanBot, operated by 深圳织流科技有限公司 (China), handles your information.

Accounts and saved plans

Google sign-in provides your verified email and a unique account identifier. We store those details with your credit ledger and saved plans. We do not receive your Google password or access your Gmail messages. A first-party session cookie keeps you signed in. Saved plans are accessible through your authenticated account.

Images and third parties

Opening an image keeps it in your browser until you save a design or submit an AI edit. When you submit generation or editing, your prompt and reference image are processed by APIMODELS using GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst. Reference uploads use publicly readable, unlisted supplier URLs retained for 7 days. Do not submit sensitive plans. The application stores submitted references, tasks and generated images in its local SQLite database; image access on this site requires your account. We use optional Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics. It uses first-party analytics cookies to measure visits and product actions, the public page path, referring website domain, and validated source, medium, campaign and content labels from UTM links. External referrer paths, search queries, unrelated URL parameters and ad click IDs are not sent. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled. Signed-in owner visits are excluded from browser measurement. Before you choose, our own system receives only aggregate page and action counts, a broad referrer category, adjacent page/action names and fixed categories such as plan, payment provider, error category or feedback choice. It creates no visitor or session identifier and stores no IP address, full URL, email, prompt, image, task identifier or payment details. Counts cannot reconstruct an individual journey or measure unique visitors. Reject analytics stops browser measurement in both systems. Use Privacy settings to change your choice; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also stop browser measurement. Necessary account, security, task and billing records continue to operate. If you choose to rate a completed AI result, we store your selected rating and optional category with that result so you can review or change it. This voluntary feedback remains available when analytics is rejected, adds no copy of your prompt or image, and is removed when its AI history entry is deleted. Anonymous daily counters are retained for up to 90 days; Google event data is set to two months. Your choice is remembered on this device for 180 days. Local work

The editor remembers the text prompt on this device. Clear it in the prompt field if you do not want to keep it. Downloaded files remain on your device. You can delete saved schematic plans from your account. You can delete saved image designs and completed AI history entries. Images are removed from the active database when no saved design or task references them. Credit ledger entries and minimal task admission records (account ID, task/request IDs and UTC date) remain for reconciliation and usage limits; deletion does not refund credits or remove provider copies and backups. Payment records

The provider you select, Waffo or PayPal, processes your payment. We send your account email, selected product, amount and internal purchase or subscription reference. Waffo acts as Merchant of Record for its purchases. Billing details entered on hosted checkout are handled by that provider under its privacy policy; FloorPlanBot does not receive your card number or security code. We retain minimal transaction, subscription, credit allocation, consent and event-hash records for billing, support and reconciliation. We do not store card details or raw webhook messages. Payment audit records are retained separately from deleted designs.

Optional Stripe checkout

If you select Stripe for a credit pack or monthly subscription, Stripe processes billing details on its hosted checkout. We send the selected price and internal order and account references. We store minimal payment, consent and reconciliation records, not card numbers, security codes or raw payment notifications. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Safety screening

We send submitted text and reference images, and generated images before delivery, to APIMODELS using Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite for content safety and targeted protected-character, logo and work screening. We record the task reference, stage, input hash, model or rule source, decision, category and time, together with support review decisions when applicable. These audit records do not contain another copy of prompts or images. Your original task data follows the retention and deletion rules above. Screening does not guarantee that all misuse is detected.

Feedback after trying AI tools

After 2 successful AI generations or edits, we may offer extra free credits for voluntary product feedback: 3 credits if submitted on your signup day, or 5 credits from the next UTC day onward. The reward is available once per account; an earlier rewarded submission does not receive a second reward or a top-up. You can dismiss the invitation. Positive and critical feedback earn the same reward for the submission day. We save your chosen topic, written comment and submission time with your account, and record the actual credit reward in your ledger. The comments are private to the site operator and are not sent to Google Analytics or an AI provider. Feedback remains available if you reject analytics. Please do not include private addresses, passwords or payment details. Contact support@floorplanbot.com to request removal of your written feedback; minimal credit and invitation records remain to prevent duplicate rewards.
