Terrible Experience with Evri – Parcel Still Missing 101 days
I sent a parcel from London to Bangladesh on 13 March 2026 and it still has not been delivered.
On 27 April 2026, Evri informed me that my parcel would be delivered within 48 hours. However, months passed and nothing happened. Since April, I have made countless phone calls and sent numerous emails trying to get an update but I have received no satisfactory response.
Several Evri representatives repeatedly advised me to submit a compensation claim, assuring me that they would locate my parcel and arrange delivery. I clearly stated that I wanted my parcel delivered, not compensation.
In May 2026, I received further calls and emails guaranteeing that if I submitted a compensation claim, my parcel would definitely be delivered soon. Trusting their assurances, I finally agreed and submitted the claim.
After submitting the claim, Evri's attitude completely changed. They requested proof of value, which I provided along with the invoice. They then confirmed receipt of the documents, accepted them, and closed my case without delivering my parcel or providing any meaningful explanation.
Months later, I am still without my parcel. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have received nothing but broken promises and poor customer service.
This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed with Evri's handling of my parcel and their lack of communication and accountability.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Terrible Delivery Company
I have no idea how this company is still in business as their service is hideous. They throw the package on my front porch under the sign that says not to leave packages on the front porch or they will be stolen. The last package from Snags was slit open by the delivery driver to see if there was anything worth stealing. Guess they didn't want my tights and underwear.
Still not delivery, Evri international need zero rating
Parcel arrived at location on mar 24, they apparently attempted delivery (addis ababa).
EVRI website is impossible to get an answer because it asked for postcode and they dont exist.

I have sent a parcel to Poland and it took Evri Eco over a month to deliver "someting"to my mum .
I have been contacting Evri International on countless occassions and they arę totally ignoreling me. I am hopless ,parcel is stolen and I am out of money.
Do not use this service at all.

The company is beyond redemption
The company is beyond redemption. It has no desire to improve and is content to provide an appalling service.
The businesses that engage them must bear some of the blame . Shame on you all.
EVRI untrustworthy payment site
EVRI sent e-mail re: payment of duties for my delivery. When I clicked the payment link, it went to an unsecured site. I attempted to contact customer service to get the URL of a secure payment site, but no such option was offered. Simply unacceptable. I will no longer purchase from companies who use EVRI for deliveries.
Collect/deliver failure
I had a collect/deliver, and the local collect was excellent, but, 6 days have passed since then, & my parcel, for my dad's birthday (which was yesterday) is still 'on the way'. It's only across (the nearby) border into Wales. The complaint chatbot didn't recognise the name, the address or the tracking number, and put me into an eternal loop. I will no longer use them, especially since they rely on useless chatbots, for one, instead of hiring real people, and their delivery timeline is absolute rubbish.
I wish there was a zero star option
I wish there was a zero star option. Evri have constantly said that a delivery was either made or unable to deliver when my CCTV footage shows no attempt what so ever. I have even had proof of delivery which consisted of a photo of the delivery person holding a package in their vehicle. No evidence of my home address or actual delivery. Don't get me stated on Claire the chatbot customer assistant that always eventually has to pass the complaint to the manager. They may be cheap but there is a reason for that. About time sellers realised they will lose customers ( as we now check who delivers and wont buy if evri is the company) and/or have to provide refunds. Worst delivery company ever.

If I had read the reviews I would have been really worried ..But my parcel sent to Australia for granddaughters birthday arrived in 9 days and I was kept up to date by email ..So all I can say is well done evri international ..No complaints from me ..

Awful experience.
They lost my parcel within 2 days of tracking and receiving it.
Cannot resolve the issue, going around in circles with a chatbot and the same by telephone. I have been unable to speak to an actual human. I have asked for a complaint to be raised about 4 weeks ago and for a callback which never happens.
Will never use Evri again. This was a birthday gift for my daughter :(

Parcel never arrived at the international destination. Don’t waste your time and don’t use Evri for international. the parcel meant to go uk to France returned to my house 2 weeks later, no word on why. I spoke to the chat bot, that was so limited it is just a time waste. I tried to call and speak to someone but the line said it had issues so couldn’t put me through.
Very poor and dishonest service
Very poor and dishonest service, my third serious problem in recent weeks in stark contrast to good service from competitors such as DPD and Royal Mail. No prior notice of delivery day or option to change day, a dishonest alleged delivery attempt (as evidenced by my Ring doorbell data) and a cursory message telling me they are returning my package (which cost several hundred pounds) to the overseas supplier without any fallback use of a local collection point. Hopeless. Are the delivery drivers under too much pressure now the company is under new private equity ownership?

Evri regularly lose parcels and its very hard to get in contact with a person. When you do, nothing gets resolved.

delivering of ebay item was told courier could not get access, not so the package was to be delivered to an evri drop off point which in my case were lockers bolted to and outside brick wall , no one has got back to me in 4 days apart from one e-mail (auto of course) chat is useless, will claim money back from the company i ordered it from as they are responsible for it if evri loses it

Yet again what a let down of a company 😡had my parcel for five days , now tracking is stuck , two complaints to live chat !! Promising they will handle it . Doesn’t the company’s top people read the reviews? Shocking if they are ignoring the complaints. We pay for our goods and this useless company can’t deliver , never follow instructions. What’s the point ?
