CEO who can’t have the decency to actually acknowledge an email. A customer service that does not exist . A telephone number that does actually ring customer services at all. The CEO has the morals of a gnat
False claims made
After my review of yesterday and numerous complaints to them, EVRI assured me that my package was at the collection hub. It wasn't! I watched the poor staff member go through a tall cupboard of packages TWICE. They said this had happened numerous times this week with Evri packages. I'm going to escalate this now to the relevant authority. It's disgraceful.

ordered an item on ebay. everi driver put it down as delivered on saturday 11th july the photo was not of our front door not even our immediate neighbours front door. still had to pay for item because our postcode was correct on the delivery address. there is no tracking to say he was even close to our postcode. a postcode can cover a good few property's. so long as the driver puts it down as delivered and has a photo of a door then that is counted as you have received it. everi gets paid, driver gets paid, seller gets paid. i lose my money !!! ebay stated that the problem is not theres as they are just a market place and everi is not there problem. so buyer beware.
Amazingly incompetent
Amazingly incompetent. Sorting out issues is (purposefully??), complicated and long winded. Company can't even operate the lockers system adequately. Seriously, use ANY OTHER courier if you want hassle free service. Evri (Hermes) is 100% useless.

Absolutely shocking not only can they not deliver to right address they actually loose your parcels completely. Hopefully all companies avoid them terrible service and customer service not much better.
Useless Service
Again Evri took their time to collect a parcel that was dispatched 33½ hours previously by Zooplus. Why on earth it takes them so long to collect is beyond me and now it's waiting to be delivered, which knowing how badly they've previously failed to deliver over the weekends, it probably won't arrive until beginning of next week if I'm lucky. They don't even contact you to let you know there is a delay which is poor management and an extremely poor service in my opinion. All the other couriers manage to deliver the day after an order is dispatched and they are much larger orders, so Evri really need to pull their fingers out and do the job properly or shut up shop. Pet food arrived eventually and even though I opted for 'Give me time to get to the door' the courier didn't follow those instructions and just left the parcel wedged between planters. As a disabled person, this is an abysmal service and if I didn't have to rely on certain pet food suppliers, I wouldn't be using a company that uses Evri.
Parcel not delivered sent fake photo
Did not receive parcel to my chosen pick up shop, only sent a photo of someone waistdown holding a bag outside the shop was not sent any information ie Qr code for collection, on entering the shop was told they had no parcel from Evri delivered there in my name, a clear fake photo of delivery will not be using this disgusting courier service again.

Twice within a 3 week period I have complained to Evri about their poor deliveries.
I have sent over 5 emails to their support team asking for explanations.
The only replies I ever get, state that they are looking into them, but I never get any further emails to explain why or answer my complaints.
When you look for a "Complaints" area of their site, they only offer a telephone number, but no email address.
When you wait in a queue for 45 minutes you only get the same reply "That they are looking into it", but they never get back to you.
They must be the worst courier company around & certainly the least responsive.

Yet again, I'm not surprised. Order delayed again, always the same message. Surely they can't have that many delays. I get the same message all the time. What a company.
Totally incompetent company
Ecru have failed to deliver 3 parcels in the last 2 weeks and trying to get any sense at all out of their so called AI chat bot customer service is like banging your head against the wall. Contacted the sellers via eBay and Amazon to chase the orders and just end up with multiple apologies from Evri who fail to deliver yet again, what’s worse is that Evri send out multiple texts saying delivery attempted when no such thing has occurred because we were at home at every single time stated with door bell camera.
Evri are the biggest load of useless, lying incompetent couriers around.

Ignore the 1 star, it’s 0 stars! I was meant to receive a parcel last Thursday, then Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday! The tracking timeline they provide is out of sync with reality. I have never experienced such uselessness with a delivery firm.

Evri collected my parcel on Friday afternoon at 1.40pm, updated on Saturday morning at 07.29am to say they were processing my parcel, now 17 hours later and no movement or update, absolute joke
Abysmal customer service over time
Abysmal customer service over time. My heart sinks when I see EVRI is the courier on a delivery. Parcels are frequently delayed or lost: on one occasion a parcel eventually turned up three months later delivered by a surly unprofessional person. Latest problem was a package sent to China at considerable cost with ‘delivery exception’ on the tracking. Spent weeks emailing the company for an explanation. Customer service at EVRI is the opposite of proactive. It is less than helpful and there is no interest in problem resolution. Avoid where possible.
The parcel arrived 5 days late and all the flowers were dead
My sister sent us an anniversary card and flowers to be delivered on June 29th. They arrived July 4th at 19.40. The packaging said 'Next day delivery' needless to say the flowers were dead and shrivelled
