Common questions

• Where is my data? On your iPhone, and in your own iCloud if you turn on sync. We hold no copy — see the privacy policy.
• Subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or request a refund from Apple.
• Lost a dream card? Cards live only in your vault. If you deleted the app without iCloud sync on, they are gone — that is the price of a vault with no server copy.
