Do not subscribe to Apollo.io, we cancelled our subscription and have had not any response towards it, debit order went off and they are MIA with regards to any refund, we have mailed every type of support email and still no response at all.

7 out of 10 times i was able to contacts of the companies which i was looking for..

I've been using Apollo in the last 5 years and I rarely need any support cause their docs and UX are great. But when I need it they'r more than ready to help me with my tricky tech questions and even make a call. My 5 stars for them is very well deserved during all of these years.

Please do not use this software. It has been a terrible experience. I purchased a paid subscription in June, and the payment was successfully charged to my credit card. However, my account has remained suspended ever since. I have sent multiple emails to their support team, but none of them have been properly addressed. Despite paying for the service, I have been unable to use it at all.

This is a fraudulent company do not fall for there lies. I don’t believe any good reviews about total gangsters stay away and keep your money safe.

I've played with it for a couple of days, and the short verdict is: the moment you go beyond SaaS companies, you get almost nothing. And from that nothing, you still have to go through each company manually to distil anything useful. The system rarely surfaces a genuinely valuable contact on its own, and the moment you narrow the company list with filters, you end up dropping some of the best prospects along with the noise. So if you switch your brain off, you can pull in tons of companies that get swept into the list for no real reason — and out comes another pile of slop. If you actually want value, it's a lot of manual work. Trying to automate it or just crank up the volume didn't work for me.

I watched the video for about 30 minutes signed up use the product then they wanted more money so when I canceled they told me that it was only a two week cancellation period. Which in the video it said two months so they bait and switched me so now I’m out at $147 and made no money not very trustworthy. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE ME….

Tracking disable and no sending emails to potential leads

This company and what they do is a total scam! I believed, based on the ad I responded to on Facebook, they were legit. I was excited for the opportunity to supplement my income, but discovered, in less than a week, it's a total grift. They charge a beginner "membership" fee of $147 to join other members who have been tasked to to answer questions and perform tasks that train AI systems under development by various companies. Immediately, I was barraged with notices to "upgrade to a VIP" membership for $497, when I had just paid $147 for an entry level membership. READ their Terms and Conditions! You're given 10 tasks to complete every 24 hours. Each task has a "VISUAL" payout of between $4 and $8. Once your "VISUAL" balance reaches $10,000, you're able withdraw your balance. With a Beginner membership would be impossible to reach the $10,000 payout, within the timeframe they allow, only doing 10 tasks per day. So, I cancelled.

great for any business with a lot of capibilities

The quality of service offered by Trov Trace has really impressed me. Their customer service was excellent, and they processed my return promptly. They handled a tough scenario considerably more easily because of their professionalism and effectiveness. Without a doubt, I would employ their services once more.
