They used to be great until they got greedy and started a subscription-based service. The subscription fees are ridiculous. Along with the subscription service, they have changed the payment times. Normal credit cards give you a statement and give you 25 or 30 days to pay the full balance. If you only opt for the cheapest subscription, you have no grace period to pay your balance.

Keep is a great card company for consolidating business credit cards in one site and has decent integration with accounting platforms. The website needs some work for the functionality, and I am disappointed they switched to a subscription model, but overall they are good to work with and support is usually quick to respond/resolve any issues.

Really high points, but they translate to almost nothing of value. 400 points = 2.60 statement credit. Brutal. Every point is worth less than 70% of what you'd expect. Rest of the platform is average at best. Switching my business back to Amex.

I never thought I'd have to write a review like this, but business owners should know what they're signing up for.
Keep blocked all of my company cards with absolutely no warning. No heads up. No email saying, "Hey, we need updated documents by this date." No phone call. No notification in the app. Nothing.
I found out when the cards stopped working.
The crazy part is that we weren't behind on payments. The account was in good standing. The business is doing well. There was no reason for me to wake up that day expecting my cards to be frozen.
What really bothers me is how disconnected this feels from the reality of running a business. People use these cards for Google Ads, Meta Ads, software subscriptions, employee expenses, travel, fuel, vendor payments, and all the other things that keep a company moving. When you shut cards off without warning, you're not creating a minor inconvenience. You're creating real problems for real businesses.
If one of your employees has a company card and is on the road, what happens when they go to fill up the tank and the card gets declined? What happens when they're checking into a hotel? What happens when they're taking a client out for lunch? The card suddenly becomes useless because someone at Keep decided to pull the plug first and explain it later.
In my case, operations were disrupted for roughly 24 hours while we tried to figure out what was going on. Twenty-four hours might not sound like much to someone sitting behind a compliance desk, but it can feel like a week when payments are failing and your team is asking why their cards don't work.
The most frustrating part is that this entire situation was avoidable. If Keep had simply told me they needed updated financial information, I would have provided it the same day. Instead, they froze the cards first and sent the email afterward.
That's not how you treat business customers.
A business credit card is supposed to be reliable. If there's a compliance review, fine. Ask for documents. Send a deadline. Give people a chance to respond. Don't wake up one morning and discover your cards have been shut off.
I would never use Keep as the primary card for anything mission-critical. If your advertising, software, employee spending, travel, or day-to-day operations depend on these cards working, make sure you have a backup plan because Keep can apparently cut off access without notice.
I've had cards from banks and financial institutions for years and I've never experienced anything handled this poorly.

Definately the account managers that I've had. They are knowledgeable and personable. They call you by name when you phone for random info.
They keep you in touch with all the new things going on.
But probably the best thing. Is the hassle free process. And the ongoing partnership. It's not " one and done".
Very happy. Recommend them to anyone.

I was approached by a representative at KEEP for a credit card for our business, we have never had a credit card for our business.
So we signed up and received credit card And since using it for the last three months it has reduced stress on our cash flow instead of using our personal credit cards. Getting the keep credit card Was one of the best solutions for our company their customer service is excellent This credit card can be used like any other credit card you may have in your pocket And if I issue virtual credit card to an employee It is as fast as getting online I am registering one immediately. There is no other company that I know of or even looking at That I can do this with.

After being promised a higher credit limit than any bank, I received a meager limit that wasn’t even worth the time of applying. But that’s not even the worst part!
Over a year into having the account I never used, KEEP unilaterally began charging a weekly fee for the privilege of having the account I never used, of $29.99/wk. Unbeknownst to me, they were taking the money directly from my bank account. It wasn’t until 3 months later that I was made aware.
Although NEW customers are told their revised business model will incur said fee after a brief trial period, I was never afforded that consideration - I would have immediately closed my account. I now intend to pursue both civil and criminal cases against KEEP, because they never requested nor received implicit consent from me.
Outright theft. Avoid KEEP!!

After a rocky start with someone from Keep calling me to ask me what I intended to use my Business Credit Card for - I responded for business purchases - and they kept on asking like what? "uhh business stuff ..." - anyway -
Since then the staff I have had to deal with in real time and online have been great. Succinct. Helpful. Precise. Pleasant. And even when I was approaching over the limit I was gently guided toward a way that I could on my own in the future, sort my own accounts.
Moreover when I need to speak to a person either by email or in person the thread does not get lost in multiple levels of "helpers" typically the person I am in contact with is the person who helps and remedies the issue -

Do not switch to keep. After one year they switched me to paid plan of $58 weekly with only two weeks or so notice that came in email. They still advertise free cards. I had to switch everything back from keep. Credit card for 50 weekly. No thank you. No advance notice just price hike as a general email which i missed and noticed 5 days before they were about to start charging me.
