Start on Buildings. Use the search box, area filters, bedroom filters, price range, document filters, and map view to narrow the Dubai building results.
The results page keeps the list and map focused on published dataHabibi building records, with map pins and property cards designed for quick comparison.

Use Sale Transactions for sold records and Rent Transactions for rental contracts.
The pages support search suggestions, area chips, filters, sorting, map view, selected transaction drawers, similar buildings or projects, and linked transaction history where the dataset can verify it.

Current policy is explicit: anonymous and free access are byte-identical across tier-projected data surfaces. Signing in does not unlock paid data by itself.
Documents are the identity exception: anonymous visitors can see availability, while a free account can open 5 brochures or floor plans per day.
Sign-in is still useful for account identity, Saved Homes, and Saved Searches. Pro is the paid distinction for uncapped transactions, full unit breakdowns, all intelligence metrics, and full document access. Admin reads match Pro.

Project and building pages can show Brochure and Floor Plan actions when those documents are available. Start from New Projects or Buildings and open a detail page.
Anonymous visitors are prompted to sign in. After successful login, the exact brochure or floor plan they selected opens automatically. Free accounts include 5 document views per day; Pro has full product access, and admin remains uncapped.

Open a project from New Projects. If dataHabibi has current availability details for that project, the unit map and unit list can highlight available units.
Availability views may show the available price, price per sqft, and down payment when those details are present. If a project does not show those fields, dataHabibi does not currently display them for that project.

For account, login, or document-access help, email support@datahabibi.ae. This is the support sender currently referenced by dataHabibi auth and recovery email templates.
If your question is about a specific property, include the building or project URL from Buildings or New Projects so support can identify the record.
