Acceptance
By accessing or using CryptonicTools you agree to these Terms of Use and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
License to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site’s public tools for personal or internal informational purposes. You may not resell the service as a branded product, mirror substantial content for competing SEO spam, or remove attribution where required by third-party data providers.
No financial advice
Calculators, converters, charts, sentiment indexes, and guides are informational only. Nothing on CryptonicTools is financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make. Read the full Disclaimer.
Intellectual property
Site branding, layout, and original copy are owned by CryptonicTools or its operators. Brand assets available on the About page may be downloaded for press or partner use subject to the usage notes there. Third-party marks (e.g. coin names, CoinGecko) remain property of their owners.
Acceptable use
You may use the tools for lawful, non-abusive purposes. Do not attempt to overload or circumvent rate limits on our API routes or upstream providers, scrape in ways that violate third-party terms, inject malware, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use the site to facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity.
API and automated access
Public pages and our thin API proxies exist to power the site UI. Excessive automated traffic that degrades service for others may be blocked. Prefer official third-party APIs for high-volume data needs.
Third-party data
Market prices, charts, coin icons, and indexes are supplied by third parties (primarily CoinGecko, with FreeCryptoAPI when configured, CoinLore and Binance public data as documented fallbacks, plus Alternative.me for Fear & Greed). Their terms and attribution requirements apply. Mid-market indexes are not exchange fills, OTC quotes, or P2P advertisements. See Methodology.
Affiliate and referral links
CryptonicTools may display outbound links to third-party crypto exchanges under affiliate or referral programs (currently including Binance and MEXC). If you register or trade through those links, we may receive a commission or referral reward from the partner. We disclose this so you understand the commercial relationship. The site’s tools remain free and non-custodial whether or not you use a partner link.
By clicking an affiliate link you leave CryptonicTools and enter a separate relationship with that exchange under their terms, privacy policy, and risk disclosures. We are not a party to your account, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, or trades. Affiliate links are not financial advice, not an endorsement, and not a solicitation where prohibited. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Tools may contain bugs; rates may lag or fail when upstream APIs are down.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptonicTools and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or trading losses arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of zero fees paid to us (the site is free) or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Changes
We may change or discontinue tools, and update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, where the CryptonicTools operators primarily conduct business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
