Getting a refund is a nightmare
If you are a UK customer, getting a full refund is very difficult. Even when they have promised a FULL refund, you do not get it.

On the day of delivery the couriers arrived and the two men berated me in the middle of the road for putting the wrong address on the order. It was in fact a mistake by Bedstar. The delivery men were most unhelpful in giving a hand to place my existing mattress against a wall 12 inches away. I also saw the new mattress was not the one I ordered. I knew this with certainty, as the new one was an exact replacement for the one I have. Unfortunately, I did not have the presence of mind to take a photo. The mattress was returned and I have been charged £55 for this.
Customer Services have refused to acknowledge they made mistakes and have sent very abrupt emails. All they do is send T&C's.
Even then, said T&C's state two amounts £40 and £50 respectively. When queried they said it is a MINIMUM!!
A sorry saga and one where I am left out of pocket.

LACK OF COMMUNICATIONS AND EMPTY PROMISES.
I bought an Emma mattress from the store in Mandelieu. After 3 days I realised it was not for me. To get the mattress picked up and to be refunded has taken almost 6 weeks. This is in spite of visits to the shop, calls and emails. The promises of the shop to call or email was seriously lacking. I am very disappointed with the service received and will not be shopping there again.

I bought 9 bags of Polar Ice stones and paid almost double for each bag. I did not realise the overcharge as the order was placed by phone. When a 2nd order was placed for the same item, the overcharge became apparent. I contacted customer services, they said they would not refund the overcharge as the price of the stones had been reduced. That is not true. I had a screenshot of the price at the time the first order was placed and it is the same as it is now. Furthermore, when you contact customer services by phone, no one ever answers the calls.
