I ordered two items from Ubaldi two weeks ago, totalling €850. Tracking shows no sign of a delivery date. Useless! I wish that I had read all the bad reviews before ordering. Here’s another one!

Avoid this store. I placed an order on February 8th and nearly a month later I still have not received anything. Every time I contact them, I get the exact same reply: "It should arrive in our warehouse next week." The next week comes and the cycle repeats. They are clearly selling products they do not have in stock and stringing customers along with empty promises instead of issuing a refund. I have now formally demanded a refund and will be filing a complaint with consumer protection authorities. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I should have gotten fridge 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting! I was without a fridge on Christmas and now I will meet NYE without it too! They say different dates every time I contact them and are very unrprofessional!!!

Bought a lot of appliances and among them à fridge. They had to deliver four of them during a year before they delivered one that was acceptable even though it had a small scrap. I had to go into the shop in Nice 14 times and send numerous emails to get them to act

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ignored, totally since 24 June 2025!
We bought a BOSCH washing machine from Ubaldi in 17 June 2024, and in June 2025 it stopped working for no reason.
We contacted UBALDI and have had absolutely nothing from them. They farmed the enquiry out to a company called Sun Services, who appear to be a scam company- as we have called and called and called and nooone replies! We have spent over 500 euros on launderette -so we could have bought a new washing machine by now.
DO NOT USE UBALDI they sold us a faulty BOSCH washing machine and they have absolutely no customer care or customer service, and take no responsibility whatsoever and will ignore you for months. This has for sure been the worse ever experience and has caused so much stress to our family.

Ce n'est pas vrai, nous n'avons rien reçu de votre part par téléphone ou par SMS. J'ai envoyé plusieurs e-mails à customer services et tout ce qu'ils disent, c'est qu'ils examinent la question ! Le dossier n'est pas clos, il s'agit du numéro AD814319.
Nous avons une famille et aucune machine à laver ne fonctionne depuis juin 2025, date à laquelle la machine défectueuse que nous avons achetée chez vous a cessé de fonctionner. Nous avons appelé à plusieurs reprises une dame appelée Chantal de Sun Services, mais personne ne semble vouloir nous aider !
J'ai dépensé plus de 500 euros en lessive à la laverie automatique. C'est tellement peu pratique de devoir aller à la laverie et cela coûte 50 euros par semaine pour faire la lessive de toute la famille !
Pourquoi répondez-vous via Trust Pilot et non par e-mail comme le font les entreprises normales ?

This is in spite of visits to the shop, calls and emails. The promises of the shop to call or email was seriously lacking. I am very disappointed with the service received and will not be shopping there again.

The delivery went smoothly and without any problems. The installation of the kitchen was handled by Christophe. His work was both professional and efficient. He made sure everything went as planned and worked quickly and thoroughly, making the entire installation a positive experience.
Having bought kitchen from IKEA here in Nice before, we can say that the difference is like night and day. UBALDI offers a level of service and quality that far surpasses our previous experiences.

For card payment I was redirected to a payment portal site where I need to select the type of my cart, my transaction was refused even though I entered everything correct.
I closed the browser completely and when I retried this time I was redirected to a payment portal where I was able to complete the order
