If I could give no stars, I would do so! Beware as they say that they make garments to sizes that you provide but then make them bigger and take no responsibility but come back and say that they make them bigger than the measurements you provide to allow for movement. Why provide measurements at all. Additionally, I have a second skirt yet to be made but they will not allow me to cancel it. Surely, there should be consumer protection laws. The skirt can’t be worn as it’s too large and a weird shape with two side bulges and they say that there is nothing wrong with it. Don’t throw your money away.

Our dishwasher was repaired and the technician identified the issue immediately.

Customer service is why I have given a lower review.
1. Long wait to be answered.
2. Given the wrong information. I was told that the booking between 11:00 -3:00 but closer to 11:00 with a call to be received approximately 30 mins prior. My husband had to take the whole day off. 2:40 and still no one had called.
3. Once answered, I explained the situation and was put on hold once again. I explained that I needed to be elsewhere and could not wait for long but was kept waiting and then to be told that the technician would be anywhere between 1 to 2 hours delayed. Clearly the timeframe was not met but we had not received and calls to let us know.

Lovely to receive a 10% discount plus $15 dollars off for first time order.
