i was Very Happy To get My first Purchase on this site!! but oh boy........ my Own Trench Coat of The Crow Eric Draven And i paid 412 for my Trench coat... its more than 4 weeks and still nothing.. not ANY SINGLES RESPONSE AND STATUS UPDATE NOTHING!!!!

I have bought 3 jackets from Leathercult over 4 years.
The quality is excellent and the price amazing considering if I had bought elsewhere it would have cost me several hundreds of dollars more. Their range of products is incredible. Everyone say to me, where did you buy that? it's a beautiful jacket. The sizing is perfect every time. My order is always delivered in 2 weeks maximum and comes packaged perfectly as you would expect for a first class product. Don't waste your money buying any where else. You will not be disappointed. I look forward to my next purchase with Leathercult with confidence. Five stars every time.

Beautiful product beautiful craftsmanship

If I could give no stars, I would do so! Beware as they say that they make garments to sizes that you provide but then make them bigger and take no responsibility but come back and say that they make them bigger than the measurements you provide to allow for movement. Why provide measurements at all. Additionally, I have a second skirt yet to be made but they will not allow me to cancel it. Surely, there should be consumer protection laws. The skirt can’t be worn as it’s too large and a weird shape with two side bulges and they say that there is nothing wrong with it. Don’t throw your money away.

The jacket is way too short. The measuring tool on the website could use improvement about how to measure a person's body length versus the the bottom hem of the jacket. Unfortunately, I cannot exchange the item for a properly fitted coat due to it being custom. My loss $270. I provided my feedback and they offered me a $25 credit toward a future purchase. Wouldn't do it again.

I love my new brown leather baseball cap!!! It fits me perfectly and I wear size 8 hats. PLEASE offer these caps with suede leather in a variety of colors! Few places consider men with larger heads would gladly pay the reasonable price. Thank you !!!

I’ve purchased several items from LeatherCult over the years and have always been impressed with the quality of their products. My latest leather jacket was beautifully made and exactly what I wanted, apart from an error in the personalised monogram.

Resolving the issue took longer than it should have and required considerable persistence. However, to the company’s credit, they ultimately provided a fair solution and worked with me to bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

My experience suggests that LeatherCult produces excellent products, but their after-sales service could be more responsive when things don’t go according to plan. Overall, I would buy from them again.

Ordered a pair of pants from them.
When they arrived, the pants did not fit, despite being a custom size, and when they asked for evidence as to them having been made wrong (supplying a measuring guide), refused said photographic evidence that used said guide claiming that I was measuring incorrectly.

They literally screen their customer reviews and only allowed the five star ratings to be posted on the website. Shadiest company I have ever worked with! Completely ripped off for $280, and received an unbearable product. They refuse to work with me. I hope the company goes out of business! Do not waste your money.

I recently received my first order of a leather jacket from Leather Cult and I am so happy about it. I was a bit skeptical about it at the beginning but decided to give it a go. My jacket was made with great workmanship and measurements was matching for the size I ordered. It is good quality and I am considering ordering another jacket/blazer. I finally ordered my second blazer . First one is suede , perfect fit . Second one I purposely ordered with slightly larger measurements ( just personal preference ) also outstanding . I totally recommend the washed / waxed leather finish it comes already pliable and worn in . leathercult is the gold standard in their rice range .

I have ordered twice from LeatherCult. The first item was a custom, made to measurement leather jacket. The fit and quality of workmanship is fantastic.
My second order was a custom hat made with goatskin. Again, fantastic quality.
This company goes above and beyond for their customers. I will continue to be a customer.

I encountered problems with my third order. The jacket I received was so tight that I couldn't wear it. I reached out to address the issue, but unfortunately, I feel ignored. Had I known this would happen, I would have refrained from ordering from them. I had intended to make more purchases, but this experience has made me reconsider. Dealing with them have been incredibly frustrating. It is unacceptable to treat a returning customer this way.

It was perfect and looks just like the original jacket in the video game. The leather is high quality and everything else was perfect too. The shipping came on time if not earlier and the customer service was great

I ordered a leather tie for my boyfriend‘s birthday and it was delivered in a couple of days. Good quality and very nice colour. The length was also perfect. Very recommended.

I requested a rush order and the folks at customer service were amazing. The order arrived in time for our function. The follow up and concern for our needs was very supportive. The sizing and quality was excellent.
