Our fitter was George Edwards and he couldn't have been more helpful. Despite the fact that he had to wait for delivery of an item damaged by the delivery people, he finished the job well into the evening, because it was a bank holiday the next day. The cupboard looks fabulous - he did an A* job"! Thank you so much

I initially posted a very negative review about Boombod because my order had just sat with them for days with no progress being made. After this, they acted quickly to rectify this, and I have confirmation that at least the product is now in the post. To be honest, this wasn't great service, as it shouldn't take a very poor review to get a response, but at least they did respond in the end, and sent out my order quickly after that. I just have to see whether it's effective now..!

This site steals books from their authors - AVOID!!!

I ordered a bass guitar amp, which is just what we wanted, and arrived quickly, in perfect condition. Very easy ordering process.

It was easy to order free samples, so I could decide what I really needed. The subsequent order was easily made, using the measuring help on the website, and the advice there too. The materials arrived the following week. However, I was given to understand (from the website) that they would be able to leave it on the drive if I was out (this would have been safe, and was part of my order details), whereas actually the courier needed a signature, so delivery needed to be rearranged. Unfortunately three of the bags of tile adhesive and one of the bags of grout had holes in (one was very significantly ripped), so we spent some time taping the bags up before we could move them. I'm glad we checked them , because if we hadn't, the holes in the bag would have caused damp to get in, and the stuff would have set hard!
