Jag blev chockad över att du lämnade mina paket i regnet utanför vårt hus utan täckning. Lådorna är alla blöta!

Very poor delivery service. Waiting time too long...and no customer service contact number, which is really really bad! Very disappointed. Used to be pretty happy with their email response but now no more, getting me massively stressed. Ordered the product one week ago, still don't know its whereabouts. Jag är väldigt ledsen, stressad och besviken!

Ulrika is the BEST customer service officer I have ever encountered!!! She's super responsive and helpful!!!!

Did an extensive research before deciding to buy this product from Conrad.se.
Reasons to buy it and from Conrad.se:
1. The product has a good rating on a consumer council's website.
2. The manufacturer was founded almost 40 years ago. Long history.
3. Read some positive comments on this product on a few online forums.
4. Conrad.se offers the most competitive price (including shipping cost)and is rated as a highly trustworthy online shop by scamadviser.com.
My personal experience.
1. The cable has a length of about 88cm only, doesn't reach one meter as claimed.
2. The plates have a very strong smell and have to be switched on for some time a few times before using it for actual cooking.
3. Those two indication lights don't seem functioning well.
4. There're two metal screws under the stove which are burning the mat even though the stove is placed on a flat surface, so as those four rubber stands. They're burning the mat a bit, too.
5. Best thing about this product is that it does heat up pretty quickly. No need to wait for a long time.
