I made an order almost 2 months ago it should have been delivered and I still haven’t got an update or no answer. I tried 3 times to get in contact with them and still no answer. They already took the money from my account. So frustrated 😣

Nice furniture and friendly service, but a pain with assembly and delivery

Nice looking furniture and friendly customer service (although only by e-mail; they were unwilling to take a quick call which would have been more efficient to discuss one topic).

However, the assembly instructions are similar but worse than those of Ikea. Also, little to no help once the goods are with the delivery company. It was hard to find a suitable time for delivery and I also had to carry the large and quite heavy box myself from outside my building (happy about those gym sessions..).

I am honestly not sure if I would order from them again, although the furiniture looks very nice once you are through with the hassle of getting it delivered and assembled.

Incorrect shipping date with lacklusting information

On the 13th of September, I placed an order for 4 chairs. These chairs had a delivery date set to somewhere between 23st of September to 1st of October.
On the 3rd of October, I sent an email asking for some kind of update, since I hadn’t heard anything from them, and was told that they might get the product in February(?!). As a compensation, they offered 450 SEK as a gift card, that I can use for future purchases at their shop…
All in all, terrible experience, would not recommend. Poor communication, incorrect shipping dates (by a huge margin) and terrible compensation (spent about 600€ on the chairs).

We did send an email update to all affected customers about this chair, but I’m really sorry if you didn’t receive that information. The item was temporarily out of stock, and we were waiting for a new delivery from the supplier — unfortunately, this delay was out of our control.

The compensation we offered was according to our compensation policy, but I completely understand if you felt it wasn’t sufficient. I would have been happy to discuss this further, but as you preferred to cancel the order, we of course respected that and processed the cancellation right away.

The worst return process and customer…

The worst return process and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Once they get the product back, they hide behind a slow policy that delays refunds for weeks. Their only contact is through a ticket system with generic, copy–paste replies — no phone, no real help, no accountability. You end up stuck without the product and without your money, chasing answers that never come. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs.

In your case the refund was processed on September 15th, minus the return fee of 499 SEK, which is in line with our return policy.

Very unsatisfied med service

I bought a cough which came without a hole for the foot of the cough on May 26th. They did not make a discount, they did not want to take it back without having me paid the fee for the return. After a week´s contact through internett, I sent the cough back on June 6th.Today, I got an epost that they do not accept my return because it wasn´t sent during the deadline?? This is the worst company I have ever shopped a product from!

An angering experience: I found an attractive bed-soffa with a…

Found an attractive bed-soffa with a delivery time of a few weeks which I thought is acceptable
After placing the order the delivery time jumped to more than six months.
When I wanted to anulate the order they charged 249 Sek to anulate citing handling fees for packaging and work done .in preparation for delivery.
There cannot be any packaging for a product wich is not even produced and has a delivery time of 6 months.
The customer service is bad. Nobody takes calls. The online chat is managed by a stupid robot giving the same answer no matter the question.
They are not honest with delivery times,
Ended up paying a fee for discovering their dishonesty.
Frustrating!

Regarding the cancellation fee of 249 SEK, this is clearly outlined in our purchase terms. The fee covers the administrative work involved in handling the order, even if the product has not yet been produced or shipped.

We also regret if you had difficulties reaching us. Our goal is always to assist our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible, and we are continuously working to improve our service channels.

Do not recommend this shop

Do not recommend this shop. Many products are available for purchase however the delivery time is several months. Shop artificially inflates their prices on otherwise and already expensive products. For example a product priced at 4500 SEK becomes 7700 SEK priced product that is offered on sale for 5000 SEK. I find it extremely unfair and dishonest towards customers and would not trust such shop. Avoid. Many same products can be found in other shops at more fair price.

TOTAL Scam of a company

I have NEVER encountered such appalling customer service in my life. Reforma Sthlm is an absolute disgrace, blatantly ignoring both EU and Swedish consumer law. They REFUSE to issue a refund for a completely defective product, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue.

The first item arrived broken. They sent a replacement—also damaged. Now, instead of honoring their legal obligation to refund my money, they want to send yet another item (which, at this point, I can only assume will be defective too). Their solution? Telling me to paint over the damage myself. Are you kidding me?

As if that wasn’t enough, they offer a pathetic 20% discount or a gift card for either a fraction of what I paid or the full amount—because apparently, logic doesn’t apply here. Why would I ever want store credit from a company that has already proven it sells broken items and refuses to stand by their products?

When I pointed out my legal rights, they ignored everything and just repeated the same copy-paste response. I even asked to escalate the issue to another customer service representative, and they ignored that too.

This company has no regard for its customers and no respect for consumer protection laws. Avoid them at all costs unless you enjoy throwing your money away. Absolute scam

Edit to add after response: the person responding - «Andrea», is the same person I’ve been dealing with. AKA the person who suggested I “paint over the spots” myself.

Another update: They are now attempting to charge me for the "rental" of the space in the storage they kept the items in before sending them to me.

ABSOLUTE scam company. DO. NOT. SHOP HERE.

Worst online experience

My experience with this company has been the worst I’ve ever had with an online purchase. I bought a sofa, and it was delivered with three legs of one type and one leg of another. It took months of emails to get them to understand that I needed a matching leg because otherwise, the sofa couldn’t stand properly. Eventually, they sent the legs, but the sofa was also damaged at the back, so they gave me a voucher.

I used the voucher to buy a lamp worth €225, paying €120 with the voucher and €103 with my credit card. The lamp was absolutely hideous, so I returned it. Now they’re charging me €69 for return shipping, they won’t refund the voucher, and they charged me €70 in taxes for “incorrect packaging.”

I sent them photos of the package—the lamp was only looked at and never even taken out of the box because I immediately saw how awful it was. The package was in perfect condition, yet they’re still charging me an extra €33. So, in total, I’ve spent €225 on the lamp plus €33, meaning €258, and I have absolutely nothing.

To make things worse, the customer service responds once a day, so every email exchange takes 24 to 48 hours, dragging on for months. This entire process has been a nightmare, and I have everything documented.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Please avoid this company. Order a lamp for 899 and they are charging me 499 for the return. No other return options available. Also have asked them to manage the return now for 3 weeks without any answer. Terrible customer service and have filed a complain to konsumentverket. Please avoid!

I bought a table it’s more than 2months nothing from them I just recieve some email from them that my item is out of stock and they will deliver specific date when the date comes they send same email again with change of date again it’s so annoying
