Do not use!! super shady!
same experience as the rest of the 1-star reviews: edited a document, payed 1€ knowingly, then a few days later 29,99€ were booked off of my bank account seemingly through a subscription I never agreed to, and never got a mail about either.
Sent a mail to their support and got AI answers which were helpful bc they actually cancelled the payment and my subcription. I remain sceptical and I'll be keeping those emails if they keep messing with me.
Stay the f away from zendocs and report to authorities!!

I spent 15 minutes filling out a pdf…
I spent 15 minutes filling out a pdf using zendoc just to figure out there’s a fee, it was urgent and i didn’t have time to find a free alternative so i paid the $0.75 which was annoying but whatever. About a week later i get a $44 charge on my credit card, apparently paying a one time fee was permission to sign me up for a nearly $175 monthly subscription that comes out in weekly payments. Absolutely disgusting service i would not use just spend the extra time to find a service that will offer the ability to fill put a pdf for free.

I paid for a one document transfer a week later they took more money
I paid for a one document transfer from pdf to word. Was cost of £1. A week later they withdrew £29.99 from my paypal account. I never signed up for a monthly payment. I feel like I have been scammed by zendocs. I am currently going through the paypal resolution process to get my money back. I will never use zendocs again. Incidentally, the one doc that I paid to transfer from pdf to word, was unusable. My advice...stay away from this dodgy company.
**I received a response from zendocs, and I have the additional information that they requested, but I cannot see where I should add the information?? Can you assist? I have edited in here as this is the only way to respond and ask for help.
