Misunderstanding and refund
I had a genuine misunderstanding regarding the trial renewal, and I contacted customer support for help. The support agent was incredibly polite, responsive, and understanding. They immediately helped me cancel the subscription without any issues and guided me through the refund process. Very professional and customer-friendly support team!

used the compress tool. went from 22mb to 6mb which is decent. Quality held up pretty well too, no visible difference on screen. Would be nice if it were faster but not a dealbreaker

Bought a subscription on 22 June…
Bought a subscription on 22 June because I thought this service would help, but it turned out to be completely useless. I requested a refund and was told it would be processed within 5 days. Today is 15 July and I still have not received my money.
Now they are blaming my bank and telling me to contact them, after making me wait for 23 days. This just feels like another excuse to delay the refund even more. Really disappointed with both the service and the customer support. I would not recommend this company.

Beware! Scam site
This is a fraudulent company. I paid £0.95 to redact a pdf document. I then noticed a 'subscription' payment of £49 on my credit card. I had definitely not signed up for a subscription. I was unable to log in to the website to cancel it. I eventually had to put a block on my credit card. Do a web search for pdfaid scam. Many other people report the same scam.
Update: I did reply to them as requested, but just received an automated reply. They did not address my concern. Definitely a scam
