Extremely late package deliveed to wrong address and no explaination or excuse to me, the paying customer
XLMOTO gave no response to my numerous messages about late delivery!
AND XLMOTO totally messed up the delivery by not handing the delivery company the package for days and days.
AND XLMOTO use the worst transport company of them all, GLS.
The package was over a week delayed without any apology or explanation.
AND when delivery did eventually happen, it was not delivered to my home, even when I was at home all day waiting for it. Instead, that useless transport company marked me as "not at home" and delivered to a package centre way away from my house to great inconvenience to me.
I am utterly upset and disappointed with XLMOTO and their handling of the situation and that XLMOTO use such a bad delivery company.
If XLMOTO had any sense of quality, their evaluation of the delivery company should realise that they are useless. Their (GLS) website tracking is mostly not functioning and packages are always damaged, opened, lost, delayed or delivered to the wrong address.
