Avoid this store. They lie about stock. Because I was in a hurry, I ordered a helmet that was stated to be in stock and would be shipped the same day. I also chose faster and therefore more expensive shipping. I paid immediately with a credit card. Even after five days, the helmet still hasn't been shipped. I wrote to customer service to cancel the order due to the delay and requested immediately refund of my money, so that I can buy the helmet in another store where they actually have the helmet in stock and they don't lie about that. However, there has been no money back and no response from them since.

Ordered a week ago, no shipping update after claiming fast shipping, have now contacted three times for no response.
I ordered the goods and wrote in the note that I needed it within 7 days, it was a gift... 7 days have passed and they haven't even shipped the goods, I cancelled the order and will never buy anything from them again, terrible service!
I accidentally placed the same order twice because your website returned a 503 error immediately after my first order, followed by a message saying that something had gone wrong. Since I received no confirmation, I reasonably assumed the order had not been processed and placed it again.
The first order (FC-62768) was placed at 16:48 and the second (FC-62804) at 17:34 on 4 July. Ironically, both order confirmations arrived in my inbox at exactly the same time.
As soon as I realised what had happened, I emailed your customer service on 4 July requesting that order FC-62804 be cancelled before shipment. I also submitted the same request through your contact form that same day.
I received no response whatsoever.
On 6 July, order FC-62768 was shipped, so on 10 July I emailed again asking for confirmation that the second order had been cancelled. Again, no reply. I also tried calling customer service several times but could not get through.
Then, on 11 July, I received a shipping confirmation for the second helmet as well.
The result is that I now have to return a product that I did everything possible to prevent from being shipped in the first place, and I am expected to pay €10 for the return label.
Mistakes can happen, including technical errors on a website. What is unacceptable is completely ignoring multiple emails and contact requests sent before the second order was dispatched. Had anyone responded, this entire situation could have been avoided.
I sincerely hope someone from FC-Moto finally responds and offers a fair solution.
UPDATE 18/7 - FC-Moto contacted me shortly after I posted this review and provided a free return label for the duplicate order. I appreciate that they resolved the issue fairly.
I'm also very happy with the HJC helmet itself – great product at a very competitive price.
I've updated my rating to 4 stars. My only feedback is that I hope future customer service requests are handled more promptly through the usual support channels, without customers needing to leave a public review first.

Bought two Alpinestars jackets from fc- moto which are fantastic. I would like to say that I would shop with you again but to be fare I doubt it. It’s not your fault we live in a rip off country uk. I paid £83 on one jacket and £89 on the other on customs duty. The box had been torn open with no fcks given absolute rip off from this side of the pond. Shame really as I was looking at other items on your website. Thank you very much 10/10 for your company

(Fc-moto.de) Had to return the item (motorcycle boots). I paid for the return cost (5th of June). German post services sent it back to me and not delivered it to the store. With no excuse or any comment. Not even after my country's post services asked for explanations. The store demanded to pay again to cost even it was not my fault, not even my country's post services fault. The cost to send the item to Germany via DHL was greater that the item's cost itself. I asked them pay the second time the return cost (38 euros) or the DHL cost as the German post service is cooperating with DHL and has much less delivery costs. They didn't accept. During the first e-mail exchange they were writing in German only. Low level of professionalism.
Scam company who advertise the item to be shipped "tomorrow" with premium delivery. It's an absolute scam who withhold the item and do not reply to any requests or emails. Just check all the reviews online and on Facebook to see for yourself. I'm not even able to cancel the order they won't send. It's a disgrace.

C-Moto claims that a refund of €35.99 was processed on 26.06.2026. However, as of today, I have still not received the money in my bank account.
I repeatedly asked FC-Moto to provide proof of the refund, received nothing. They provided me with some internal screenshots that do not prove anything.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP ! ! !

The experience with your company gets worse with every passed day. In my last article, I wrote that your website said the items will be delivered between the 6th-8th of July. Today is the 14th of July and DHL has only given information that you passed the order to them on the 9th of July( which is funny having in mind the delivery dates stated above). Im starting to think that the delivery will not come this week. If you want to wait half a month for a delivery that is expected to come in a few days, I recommend FC moto, but if the ordered items are necessary for you and you and your business depend on the delivery date deadline being met- no I don’t recommend them at all.
I ordered a pair of motorcycle gloves. I paid ~10 EUR for shipping and return is also ~10 EUR. Problem is that the gloves are not the same as the ones on the website - so it is very unfair I should pay the return fee.
To add on top of that - I cannot reach them on the phone and they are yet to reply to email. I've contacted them regarding that I cannot create a return for the order in the first place.
Customer service is at an extreme low here + misleading product images apperently

I placed an order on 2 July for items advertised with short delivery times. The order status has shown "In progress" ever since, with no updates.
There is no direct way to reach customer service — all inquiries are routed through a chatbot that has no access to order information. It only generates support tickets, which then go unanswered.
I have submitted four tickets over the past few days without receiving a single reply, and I also tried replying directly to the automated ticket confirmation emails, which likewise went unanswered.
I then decided to cancel the order, since it had not yet shipped.
After repeated attempts with the chatbot, I obtained a contact email address kontakt (at) fc-moto (dot) and sent a cancellation request. The email bounced back with an automated notice stating it had been blocked.
At this point I have no way to contact the company, cancel my order, or get any information on its status. I would strongly advise other customers to consider this before ordering, given the complete lack of accessible customer support.

Bougt an IXS Rs800 one piece leather suit. Very discounted. But they didn't tell it would smell awful, even after a month of airing. And the protectors on both knees were broken. I contacted them to replace the two protectors, as i will live with the off smell for the 70% discount. They didn't answer after a month.
UPDATE: After my review here, they responded very quickly and sent me replacement knee pads. Thank you.

Such poor customer service from this company. I paid for a return postage label but when they emailed it to me 5 days later, the label was invalid, I had to enter my city to download the label but they said I was entering the wrong city, I entered the German city where I was sending the package and again it was wrong. I rang multiple time and the hang up on you, I’ve emailed them but got no response. I would not recommend this company.

So bought a helmet from fc moto .was 50 pound cheaper than in the UK. But got stung on import dates. 50 pound to be exact so was a waist of time really .did save anything .and tock 2 weeks from ordering. Check before ordering is my advice.

Updated: Satisfied with the provided service. A small delay from the promised date on the website (but understandable as it is middle of the season) - that gives 4 stars. Definately would by again!
Long story short - Ordered my Items on July 3rd with the Payment confirmed and the same day shipping from them. Today, July 7th, Shipping status - OPEN.
No any confirmation when the items would be posted, no any responce on the open ticket, no anything.
We'll see how the things will move on. Very dissapointed for now.
UPDATE 1: Support Team reached back on July 8th - and confirmed the Partial Shipment on available Items. Rate increase from 1 star to 3 stars.
UPDATE 2: All items received July 13th. All as ordered. Rate increase from 3 star to 4 stars.

I had a very disappointing experience ordering from FC-Moto. I paid £253 for my order and was never clearly informed during checkout that I would have to pay an additional £67.83 in UK import charges before UPS would deliver my parcel.
The only information I could find was that prices excluded VAT, but there was no clear warning that I would also be charged UK import VAT and UPS customs clearance fees after the item had been shipped. Had this been made clear before I purchased, it would have influenced my decision to order.
When I contacted customer service, they simply replied that they could not reimburse import charges because they are imposed by customs and UPS. This completely missed the point of my complaint. My issue wasn’t that customs charged me—it was that the additional costs were not clearly disclosed before I completed my purchase.
Unexpected charges of nearly £70 after you’ve already paid over £250 leave a very poor impression. I won’t be ordering from FC-Moto again and would advise UK customers to be aware that the price you see at checkout may not be the total amount you’ll end up paying.

I ordered a bell race star helmet TWICE. I returned the first one cause it was the wrong color and ordered it again. Now they have sent the wrong color helmet twice. I have emailed them and got no answer. This is no good site to order from if they can’t get their orders correct. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT THE CORRECT ITEM.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but.
I ordered items in stock 1-3 days delivery on 24/6, got confirmation email, order wasn't sent by 30/6, I contacted them, no answer.
3/7 I contacted them again, still no answer.
Frustrating, no delivery, no answers.
Update 8/7: after making this review, FC-MOTO shipped the order.
3* for poor correspondence.
