It's a very deep instrument and when people starting taking advantage of the level of programming depth available then great sounds are created. This patch bank does just that. The tones are pretty good with some adjustments to match your guitar they can really be close to the album!

I originally had some issues with the programs I purchased from this company. One was in the wrong key and the other was incomplete and that made it impossible to perform the song as it originally appeared. However, I contacted the company and they were thorough in the questions asked and took that info and completely corrected the issues. Then sent me the corrected programs and accompanying video showing how to use them. Thank you!!! Can’t wait to perform these songs!

The ordering and fulfillment process was very easy. They delivered my order via Dropbox which was simple. I had the sound pack loaded into my MODX M7 within 5 minutes of completing the transaction.

Once loaded, I realized there was confusion between a video I had seen on their website and a sound that played on my MODX. After communicating with Lucy at Synthcloud support I was able to resolve the issue. Having high quality customer support like this is an important part of any purchase.
