We would like to point out, however, that our team devoted several days to your request with great care and availability, trying in every way to find a suitable solution to your needs.
From our feedback, it appears that the shipment was destined for Israel, a country to which we cannot currently deliver. You were therefore offered the option of sending your own courier or of collecting the goods directly from our premises, options that you considered positively.
When placing your order, you were informed in a transparent manner about the payment method. Subsequently, you offered us a partial payment with the balance in cash upon collection. As explained by our staff, this method is not compatible with the regulations in force, as the amount to be paid exceeded the limit allowed for cash payments on site.
We are always open to discussion and remain at your disposal to find a solution together in compliance with the rules and transparency that characterise us.
