HIGHLY DECEPTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TACTICS AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Transaction date : 4/22/26 Paid $147.47 I reached out to the company and got approval for return. I returned the item in its unopened shipping box. Item was confirmed back to super patches possession 5/1/26. I was told it would be refunded in 10 to 15 business days after they received the item. It has been 24 business days and multiple emails later and I am now being told again it will be 10 to 15 more days before they will refund my money. I have expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for it to be escalated to a manager and my concerns were completely ignored. They have made no effort whatsoever to make this right. They have been misleading and deceptive for this entire process.

I bought into the company on April 27, 2026. I purchased the highest tier of product with my total cost being around $1600. By the time I received the product I had changed my mind and decided to return everything. When the package arrived with all 40 packs of product loosely tossed into a box, the box was not secure with any shipping tape: the box was coming open and anyone could have taken the product from my package. Thankfully all 40 packs were accounted for and the next day I returned the package via 2-day mail. I received email confirmation that they received my package on 5/7/26. Here’s my beef…I have yet to receive my money back from my return. Today is 6/2/26. Per their return policy, they can take 15-20 business days to refund the amount AND they charge a 10% restocking fee for any purchase over $400. I am highly disappointed in their customer service and do not recommend buying into their company. in my opinion, they do not value their customers and make no attempt to do what’s right. STEER CLEAR OF SUPER PATCH!!!

In August 2025, I had a partial mastectomy. Immediately after surgery I began using the pain patch. For two weeks, I used two. Afterwards I used just one for the next two weeks. I didn't need to take the narcotics prescribed nor did I feel any pain.

Do not try sell for these people. You cannot get a response, the will not cancel your subscription, even if you put in writing, multiple times. They send a generic response and nothing gets cancelled. Stay away

Puts you in parasympathetic mode, and basically reboots the looping going on in your brain. I had been in a frustrated mode, with my heart racing for over a week. After a friend placed a Zen patch on my back right below my skull noggin, I immediately felt relaxed. I didn't even know what it was. I wore it for days to keep the effect going. I highly recommend them. I'll be getting more of them for myself.

I confess I thought it was a load of crap.

But then my sister-in-law kept talking about it and encouraged/ pushed me to try them.

The sleeping one (rem) has made such a difference for me in perimenopause. I was having a horrible time sleeping and couldn’t stay asleep and now I’m having the most amazing sleep I’ve had in years.

But what really blew my mind was the victory patch. I lift weights five days a week and this has totally made my workouts so much better. I can lift so much heavier than I’ve ever lifted and have way more energy to push through than before. Plus I have rotator cuff injuries and usually really struggle with push-ups. Well, this has been transformative. I am doing decline push-ups and going super deep and just pumping them out like a pro. I confess I am now a believer!

I have tried 5 of their "Super Patches" 30 Power, 6 Liberty, 6 Vitality, 3 Rocket & 3 Boost....NONE of them had any effect at all. These should be renamed Hopium Patches.

My husband struggled with back pain for 5 years. We tried medication, chiropractic therapy, exercise, and massages and nothing helped like these. He feels no pain. My husband can easily bend down and touch his toes now. These have been life changing.

I had the best sleep of my entire life after being patched.

When I ordered these worthless patches I was somehow enrolled in a stupid subscription to some Superpages magazine. I contacted the company and told them I had not subscribed to a ridiculous magazine subscription for 49.00 and I wanted my damn money back. They said I would receive a refund but I have yet to receive my 49.00. I went to my bank and complained about this company’s shady business practices and now the bank is investigating their business practices. The patches did absolutely nothing so please don’t waste your time or money with this company, especially since they illegally signed me up for some stupid magazine subscription and have yet to refund my 49.00. Please be warned this product is nothing but a complete SCAM!!!!!!!!

Amazing products. They work really well

I am an associate of Super Patch and they changed my life since 2023. But my expectations were blown away when I had a total knee replacement. I wore Freedom for pain, Liberty, Peace and Victory for my surgery. Immediately afterward they gave me their heavy duty pain meds. I had to stay overnight and my husband came in the morning with all the patches. Since they are to be changed every 24 hours, I added Defend and refreshed all my other patches and never once had to use any prescription meds for my total knee replacement. They were absolutely awesome! Thank you Super Patch!

I couldn't believe it. Just one patch on and I could finally walk up my stairs without holding onto the rail! Before it was death grip and Loads of pain. Then she placed just one patch on my arm. I love the patches. My entire life I have suffered from motion sickness when not driving or if in a boat or on a ship. The new Assure patch has greatly diminished the nausea when I am a passenger in a car. Thank you Super Patch.

I ordered the Super Patch for strength and balance ! I used a new patch every day for a week and saw absolutely no difference in my strength and balance !! It was the Liberty Patch !! Showed it to my Physical Therapist and he just laughed !!! Was very disappointed because I was hoping that it worked !!! Requesting a refund !!!

I have been using Superpatch products freedom, liberty, zen, ignite, victory and rem for 2 years now all with great success. At first it took about 5 days for pain relief from OA I’ve had for years and since knee surgery victory also helps with my recovery.
