Worst insurance company ever. They’re misinformed about the document they send, refuse reimbursement despite earlier promises, unable to show any reasonable arguments at all for their actions. For my 30 hour delayed flight they reimbursed around 25 euro, which is what I payed the for the insurance in the first place, even after spending hours on the phone. The irony of this is not lost on me.
Do NOT buy travel insurance from them

This company is totally unethical. I had purchased a cancellation protection for my ticket via Mytrip.com. I paid extra for this insurance and due a death in the family I had to reschedule the trip. But this unprofessional agent refused to refund. Never buy from them.

Bought a car in riddemark bil,took the solid insurance for the technical defects.
After few months took a car with 4 miles for a wheel bearing replacement.And for sure Solid is not going to cover anything of that.

Got this a solid insurance, travel insurance through booking.com. Needed more information and called. Service is entirely in Swedish, the English service also get redirected to Swedish. Tried emailing them, no reply. Tried Facebook messenger no reply. SCAM!!!

I was so stupid to book a travel insurance from solid insurance on booking.com.
After i had to cancel my flight i ask for my money back for the tickets .
The only thing they do is answering that they are busy and i will get a answer asap.
Well it will be never i guess.
People if you want to loose youre money then go to a casino ,at least you will have some fun from it .

After receiving all the documents proving the issue they just stop to respond messages and turn impossible to talk to them anymore. DO NOT CONTRACT THIS INSURANCE UNLESS YOU WANT LOOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

I got a cycle helmet insurance together with my Hövding. Great. Then I had an accident and I wrote them to get a new one. They are not paying because my home insurance isn't paying either. But why would I buy their insurance, if my home insurance ... I get it, it's legal, but be prepared to check the fine print.
And their only answer was: "You shouldn't have bought our insurance in the first place ..."
