It took so long for the part to arrive

It took so long for the part to arrive. Until now the autolider doesn't have the parts.

We are truly sorry to hear that you are caught in this frustrating situation. It is incredibly tiresome to wait for your car to be fixed, and we fully understand that you just want to get back on the road.

To help clear up what has happened, we would like to explain our role in the process. At Fragus, we handle and approve the incoming warranty claims, and we always do our best to process them swiftly so the repairs can begin. However, once we have approved the claim, the actual ordering and delivery of the spare parts are handled entirely by the workshop and their suppliers. Unfortunately, shipping times and part availability are completely out of our hands.

We really wish we could speed up the delivery for you, but since we do not handle the parts, we can only hope that Autolider receives them very soon.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed — warranty not honoured
Bought my car with a Fragus warranty. When the engine showed high oil consumption, Fragus rejected the claim, saying it wasn’t “bad enough.” They advised me to extend the warranty, which I did. Now the engine is failing, but they still refuse to cover it, saying oil consumption isn’t included. I’ll be reporting this to the consumer authorities — be cautious!

Damage related to high oil consumption is excluded from the warranty coverage and cannot be approved under the current warranty terms.

The warranty only covers components specified in the warranty conditions.

Buy a used car with used car 2017…

Buy a used car with used car 2017 guarranty until 200k/km or 12years. Broken main electronic and get declaine on guarranty repair. Usless company. waste of time and money. the rules are designed to be circumvented
