I loved the bathing suits but unless you know your size, I would pass. Navigating the returns has been a lengthy and messy process. You have to pay your own shipping and work with a customer service representative to send items back. In a world of online shopping, there are better options.

I ordered 3 suits and I'm really happy with all of them. They are nice quality and fit great. I love the variety and ability to mix and match didn't top/bottom styles. Prices were super reasonable too

Not only does Berlook sell quality products, but their care team is incredibly helpful with exchanges or any issues with items. I really appreciate the environmentally friendly approach to returns and exchanges. In my experience, Berlook prioritizes customer satisfaction as well as our planet.

I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Berlook to save their money. My recent experience with their clothing was incredibly disappointing, and their customer service is easily the most exhausting and unaccountable I have ever encountered.

Here were a few recent purchases I've made: I purchased two contrast trim athletic items, a brown pair and a black pair, and both were completely ruined after just a single wash. The dye bled terribly, turning the white trim on the brown pair into an uneven, blotchy pink, while the white trim on the black pair became a permanently dirty, dingy gray.

​In addition to the terrible quality control, their product descriptions are entirely misleading. I ordered a ribbed bikini bottom labeled as red, specifically intending to match it with my existing red swimwear sets from the same website. When it arrived, it was actually a distinct coral color that completely mismatched everything I own.

When I brought this blatant color discrepancy to customer service, their response was absolutely absurd. Instead of taking accountability, they treated me with complete disregard and expected me to act like a forensic analyst. I was told that as an average consumer, I should have taken screenshots of all their other "red" products, edited them into a side-by-side comparison, and hunted down a specific "interface number" on their site to verify the product code myself before purchase.

​It is now clear that Berlook employs a deliberate tactic of trapping customers in endless, exhausting email correspondences designed solely to tire you out until you finally give up and accept whatever minor, insultingly low compensation they decide to push on you. I requested a full refund for the misleading product and/or for the company to cover the return label of my shipping. They refused to take any actual responsibility for their defective merchandise and care infinitely more about their own internal logistical distinctions than the actual consumer experience.

Do not buy from this company. They will take your money, ruin your wardrobe, and gaslight you when you ask for a reasonable resolution.

I didn't know this brand but I happy to have found a one piece swimsuit perfectly fitting me.

I have bought 3 bathing suits this year all from Burlook. I love them all. I bought one pieces I absolutely love. They fit really nice. Finally a once peace that holds up your chest and is also long enough without bringing your girls down. Material is awsome! I received them in a timely fashion. They do come from overseas so it takes about 3 weeks! Will purchase more in the future!

Website was great and loved all the styles you had. Also the option for long torso is a great addition!

I love your front closure bikini tops!! I had already purchased the light blue and was excited for another color!! I just wish you carried more colors in that design as it is my favorite swimsuit,

Great fabric and beautifull bikinis.
But the fabric on the top is smaller outside than inside, so the inside shows when it is on. Thats annoying.
Delivrey was slow. I ordered 4 peaces in the same order, but got send in 2 packages. One was delivered in ok time, but the other one took 5 days extra (got sent to France and Netherlands before DK)

fabric material is good but I follow size guide to buy and it comes out very big ...

It's incredibly hard to find a suit at 41, yet I ordered two and I love them both!! Well made, comfy, and doesn't show my whole booty! Feeling and looking amazing!

Beyond expectations! Stunning fit and material

I really love the material and color of my new bikini. I did size up and it’s a little too big for my liking but fine enough to keep. But even then the fit still is better than anything else I can find (: Shipped fast but wish the tracking worked. Would buy again in a different size (just too much of a hassle going through a returning process.)

Its great to see such a good variety of clothing with flattering designs that are very well priced! Customer service is responsive and helpful which is super good! I am happy to find Berlook!!

I am really pleased with the fabric and quality of the 2 swimsuits I bought. They fit was great too.
I would order from this brand again. The only downside was that it took longer than expected to receive, about 2 1/2 weeks.
