The dress is absolutely amazing! I’ve bought several dresses from Rihoas, and every time I wear one, i fall in love with it and people tell me I look like a princess or a real-life doll. Their designs are so unique, elegant, and feel like something straight out of a movie.

I also had a great experience with their customer service. For a dress that didn’t fit me well, they kindly let me donate it to charity and still gave me a full refund, which I thought was such a thoughtful and generous solution.

The only minor issue I had was with one dress made from a special fabric that started to pill a little over time. It was a small defect and not very noticeable, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchases and would definitely buy from Rihoas again!

I love Rihoas for their outstanding customer service! Not only are they efficient, but they always put customers first. I have honestly purchased and returned items more than once due to sizing or fitting issues, but the staff is always quick to respond and ready to help. The Rihoas experience is what makes me want to support them over and over again.

Slightly better than most Shein items. Shein is a hit & miss but Rihoas has the consistent below average quality. They came on time. I bought them when they were on sale. I would not buy anything full price. The designs are good but you can feel the cheap fabric as soon as you touch it.

Quick reply and action taken from customer service on my request to change the size of my purchase. This was key to act on time, prior to shipping.

Loved all your dresses

The quality of the product is very good. I definitely recommend it. However, the shipping took a very long time. It took three weeks for the product to arrive.

Beautiful clothes, good price, fast delivery.

Dress was coming apart at the seems in three places after only 2 wears. And I’m certainly not busting out of the dress. I can’t figure out how to complain to the company or request a return or refund. Waste of money.

I’ve been a customer of Rihoas for years and I always love how beautiful the clothes are! I’ve never had to contact customer services before however this time I accidentally ordered an XS which wouldn’t fit me in a billion years, I asked if I could exchange as this was 100% my fault for not being careful when purchasing but customer services allowed me to re-purchase the top at a discounted rate to save me on shipping costs.

I was very surprised at how kind and above and beyond the advisors went for me, Margie and Yuki were so wonderful and they really helped me! I’m extremely grateful and honestly Rihoas has a customer for life in me. Having employees like this make all the difference in a company and I hope this is fed back to them as they deserve all the praise they can get! Thank you again :)
