Alignerr AI Interview

Although there were some areas of delay that were a bit awkward, overall the experience of an interview leveraging AI as the conductor was highly enjoyable. I found the questions asked and the prompts to dig deeper a skill-set we look for in recruiters. I also thought the added layer of positive re-framing of the candidates answers was a way to put the candidate at ease and make the interview feel more comfortable.

The AI interview was something new to…

The AI interview was something new to me. I have not yet done that. I was surprised at how the AI was able to evaluate me and understand me and work with what information it gathered from my resume. I actually found the experience rather fun and enjoyable.

Be careful

Very very bad support all replys are AI generated and they answer after at least 15 hours sometimes they ignore you and don't answer, to any one who's going to apply be careful.
