I'm always careful buying from quick advertisements but since I wash my two cars, neither of which I'd ever drive through a car wash, I decided to give this a go. I've spent way too much on microfiber towels, which seem to leave behind so many fibers on the paint surface and windows, I had to make the switch to a hand blower.
With other autos I had no issue taking to a car wash and watching them blow water from those crevices it made sense to have my own device.
This thing works. One battery was more than enough to do my car. Not having to deal with millions of tiny micro fibers left behind was perfect. Those thin crevices around trunks and head and tail lights that I could not soak water out of; empty and dry.
I do have one real suggestion though. For those of us with certain issues, and the elderly, that trigger needs a lock. Hands get tired but even with that I'm 100% satisfied with this purchase.

I love this tool and have purchased several as gifts! We use them all over the house and yard. One of them broke, unfortunately, but was replaced by the company.

Bought mine few months ago. For Unknown reason, it failed. Got in touch with the warranty team. Diane was quick and helpful. I received my replacement unit 3 days later. Incredible service. Many thanks.

The product is really useful for numerous jobs around the home and garage. Customer service is of the highest level. Have recommended to colleagues and friends and they are thankful that I did. Belt clip would be a good addition.

First, this thing actually does work as advertised. There was an issue with my first order so I reached out to support and they sent me a new one which I’ve been using regularly. I spoke to Diane in customer service and she fixed me right up. The only negative is that it takes a couple weeks to get to you as it ships overseas.

I am very happy with my VortexHaus Product. It makes cleaning my garage and drying my car very easy.

I ordered one being very skeptical as I’d ordered off another maker previously and it didn’t arrive but , the VortexHaus one did arrive. But I was still skeptical.
It arrived in a well padded package and looked well made and very light. Plugged a 5ah Milwaukee battery in and gave it a try. By heck it can blow. Skepticism gone and it lasted a good while on one battery and can say I’ve had no warming of the battery in use.
But, I was a bit miffed when I saw they did a BOGOF when I’d bought mine so I sent an email off and asked did my purchase qualify? Yes, we will send your BOGOF to you.
And that one turned up as well.
Yes they do arrive. Yes they do work. Yes they do the job. Will it last and stand the test of time? Not a clue but I use mine regular and they’ve been with me for nearly 2 months being used around the garden, garage and blowing the dust out of car mats and car and they are still going strong.

Had a small issue with a blower i had bought 3 . They re ueved a emailed video ofvthe isaue . And posted out a replacement . Great service.
Great tool does exactly what it's designed to do.
I still use my big makita blower these are a great side by side tool additional for any clearing up project could be used stand alone . But combined with other tools it's a knock out bit of kit

Great customer service product works well compact a lot better than a bigger blower. Enjoy. Works well with my Milwaukee batteries. We are encourage family and friends to purchase this item.

I experienced a problem with the fan blades breaking due to accidentally blocking the intake air flow. I notified VortexHaus US & they sent me a new fan unit immedicately.

We had an issue with our Vortex (my sleeve caught in back of it and sheared the fan and broke the motor). We contacted customer services, received great service and were delighted to receive a replacement. Aside from customer service, the blower itself is impressive, powerful and versatile as we have used it to help clean dust off a plethora of items from garden furniture ti behind fireplaces.

I use it to dry my Suv and im pretty impressed with the Vortex

The company itself was very quick to respond and sent me another Vortex even after the warranty was finish on it

I would recommend this blower to anybody and i would recommend this company the same. That’s why i give it a 5 stars

Great experience with company

Great company to deal with . When I purchased mine I failed to indicate which battery I’d be using , my bad . Easily returned and quickly replaced with a Makita powered unit . Wondering how much you’ll actually use the blower . Put that out of your mind. New uses every day . Heck I keep mine charged and ready for use on the kitchen counter , seriously. Ok , works like a champ for car drying . Gets the water out on the wheel wells and small crevices, normally you couldn’t dry with a towel . Easily blows all the ditrius from the inside . Open the doors & out it goes . Leaves and dirt from your garage or patio ? Gone ! I suggest you just get one I figured out Vortex Haus is the best by far , so you don’t have to !

I purchased 2 vortex haus' and they have worked as good as advertised. One of them did have a problem with the motor and customer service was very quick to send a replacement. I'm very satisfied with the product and highly recommend them.

I took advantage of a bundle promotion that offered two units. I use them regularly as they are so much more convenient than my gas powered backpack blower for cleaning our patio and garage. Customer service has been very good as there was a shipping concern. Follow up has been great.
