Delivery took way too long
Delivery took way too long. I order online all the time and there was simply no reason for this product to take this long. Looking at the other reviews, this seems to be a consistent complaint so they should take this seriously and improve. I wouldn't order from them again.
Deceptive return policy
Ordered the wrong size case by accident. Emailed them immediately to cancel the order or rectify it, they took 3 days to respond saying the order had already been dispatched. I then tried to initiate a return, which their website claims to accept as long as products are in new and unused condition and they are refusing to honor the return policy. Case itself is of fine quality. Too bad about their deceptive practices.
Update - company reached out to say that the return policy does not apply to their phone cases as these are custom made products. Nowhere in the product listing does it mention that the products are custom. Definitely be careful buying from this company and know that you likely will not be able to get them to honor their return policy even if it seems like you will

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I ordered already on 6th of May, but I still didn't receive anything. PostNL is saying that the package is going back. Murbel is saying that I have to contact PostNL again. All the time the same long answers where I can't do anything with. I will never never order again!

No money, no covers
After 1 month of waiting and quite unpleasant communication with customer service I finally got my order. Covers are beautiful but unfortunately I am sure I will never order from this e-shop again.
Edit nr.3: I really don’t know what to say. Today is the 10th of June and I can see, that there is still only a shipping label created, but when I check the tracking number on the litevian post office website, I can see that they still didn’t receive the package from murbel store…This somehow doesn’t fit with the answer from the customer support where they say that the order was already been proceed to shipping.
Edit nr.2: the communication from the customer service has stopped immediately after I refused to remove the review until I got my order.

I ordered phone and airpod covers worth almost €85 on May 23rd, I received an order confirmation and then a tracking number. Unfortunately, on the carrier's website I still only see the creation of a tracking number, but no further movement. I wrote an email to Murbel customer service - no response. I contacted Murbel via massenger, no response. 12 days after ordering I have neither the goods nor any communication from the seller. Dissatisfaction on my part.

I ordered a phone case and holder on 17/05/26 for €48.37 and got no confirmation email but the charge was made to my account straight away. After a week of not receiving confirmation and the transaction not appearing when I logged into their website I emailed them, and messaged their insta asking is the order on its way.
After 3 days of getting no response, I contacted my bank who told me I had to cancel my card and email them asking for a refund, which I did.
That was 4 days ago and today they finally emailed me back (this is the first contact I had from them except for marketing emails) claiming they shipped the products on the 24th. That was the same day I had emailed asking for an update, so they can't say they didn't have my email at that stage. And since the 24th was a Sunday I don't believe it was really shipped on that day. They also claimed I didn't include an email address with the order- that is 100% a lie!
Their website also claims that you get free tracking with orders over €40, but the tracking number they included today only works on their website. It gives no details of delivery date or delivery company or postage service used. Its nonsense, its not really a tracking number.
Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs!
