It was easy to find the products you wanted and to buy them.

Overpriced !! Cases are pretty and well made but prices are way too high. My magnetic ring falls off the case and my phone has fell to ground several times

Great products, a little expensive but hopefully worth it

I placed my order from Mexico. The process was simple, and the delivery took less time than I expected. Once in my country, the delivery was handled by the postal service, which took a little longer, but that was beyond Burga's control. I have the phone cases I ordered, and they are very nice, made of quality, and durable material.

I would avoid this company. I ordered a phone cover with matching rechargeable battery in the same design.

After accepting my order, they contacted me to say they cannot deliver the phone case due to quality issues and would be issuing a refund.

However, they proceeded to send the battery which is now totally useless without the matching phone case to attach it to.

After contacting them, they refused to cancel the battery order, and only offered to give me a 50% refund. I complained once again and they agreed to give me 100% refund but I would need to refuse the delivery with DHL and have them return it to the company.

This is not something I can do on DHL’s portal so now need to spend hours on the phone to them to cancel the delivery.

If the company can’t produce something of good enough quality to deliver to me, why does the burden now fall to me to deal with DHL in order to get my money back.

These are expensive products and (1) I expect them to be delivered on time and according to the description on the website. (2) if the company can’t deliver the product they need to issue a refund. (3) They need to use some common sense and maybe figure out that the accompanying item becomes useless once the main item cannot be delivered. They need to rectify this swiftly and smoothly without putting the burden on the customer.

I ordered some expensive products in good faith and now wish I hadn’t.

I had an issue with my case under warranty, and BURGA resolved it instantly.

I love the quality of the three phone cases I purchased. I love the colour, the feel and the comments I get about how nice my phone cases are. The postage time was great and they were packed extremely well, all with their own little dust/protective case. Highly recommend and will buy again. Love Love Love.

I had a bit of a nightmare scenario where my phone case was shipped to the wrong address—which was absolutely NO fault of Burga’s. I reached out via email, and their customer service team was incredibly quick to respond. They kept me updated every step of the way and went completely above and beyond to help me get a new case sorted out.

As for the case itself? It is awesome! The quality is fantastic, the materials are great, and it looks exactly like it does in the photos. I absolutely love the design—it has a soft, protective internal case with the MagSafe circle built-in, and then the hard outer case goes right on top. It fits my phone like a glove.

It really is worth the price. I am a highly satisfied customer, I will definitely be buying from them again, and I’m already planning on picking up a few more as Christmas presents!

burga for years now. The quality is unbeatable and obviously very stylish. Really love this brand and have recommended it to friends who also love it. I recently purchased a case for my air pods during the summer sale and love it too. Best quality around and worth the money in my opinion!
