The store put us in a very awkward situation
The store put us in a very awkward situation and wasn’t client oriented at all.
We wanted to return the knife that we got as a present for our wedding and they pushed the money to the initial buyer instead. Basically putting us in a situation where we need to reach out to our friend, explain the situation and ask him to transfer us the money. Awkward. We would appreciate more solution-oriented approach.

The knife is of very high quality, you can feel that it is handmade, and it matches the photos perfectly. The customer service is excellent. I will definitely recommend it and order again!
