Very unfortunate experience
Very unfortunate experience. Everyone I felt with was a pass the blame employee. Was not able to provide answers for an order that was massively delayed after being told there would be no delay. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Will not see another dollar.

Purchased a new Fridgedaire gallery stove and fridge. The stove didn’t work. They sent someone to fix it and it was more expensive to fix than replace. That took over a month to get a new one. My fridge the ice machine stopped working. They fixed it after a month and a half and it stopped working again. My new stove stopped heating up that was fixed inside of a week. Now my ice machine still isn’t working and they want to come and replace THREE PARTS! Not replace the fridge. They’re just waiting for my coverage to end so I have to pay out of pocket. Just don’t buy from them! They want me to pay another $200 bucks to extend my warranty instead of replace my fridge. 3 faulty items. It’s absurd!!!

We understand you are covered under our Comerco policy for the first year. We have been working closely with them to support you, but it can always be frustrating when you have to wait for parts to arrive and coordinating schedules to install the parts & finish the repair.
We assure you, we are not waiting for your coverage to run out, we are happy to repair and replace units as they need and stand behind our policy. Your fridge does require parts to get the ice maker working, this will be faster to order then replacing (as we do have to ship to you from Burlington and the parts will arrive faster then we can replace.
We are working to make this right for you.

I have purchased a fridge and stove. It took 3 weeks to deliver at Vancouver because of distance. They deliver and install. And I request delivery guys to put my old fridge to garage and they did it.

A gamechanger in terms of appliance deals. Keep in mind they do not always have multiple units of the same particular model of appliance in stock, so replacements for any reason( like damages) may be challenging. Also keep in mind most sales are considered final, so not a lot of room to return item if you change your mind. With that said their customer service is extremely supportive and readily available to help with any issues purchase related issue.
