Delivery time is hit and miss so don’t run out..
At first the delivery was bang on time. Now I don’t know when it’s going to arrive. You get no tracking info (shop app dose not tell you). I paid for a next day delivery and got it 4 days later. Sent an email and got a response 2 weeks later.. whilst the product is great the customer service lets it down big time.

I think I have found the issue! Royal Mail is giving you guys a bad name. I would suggest taking down the 48hour banner on you website as Royal Mail can not honour this and it will just keep giving you guys a bad reputation.. the delay in getting back to my first email was not acceptable though.. Good luck on your growth and I hope things can improve..

First 2 orders arrived in 3 days. My order on Sunday, May 31st has not yet shipped. Contacted them and have heard nothing. Phone number they list is a joke. Buyer beware!

I really liked the flavour
I really liked the flavour, just like real ketama i really like how it burns and melts. Not only the quality was perfect also the quantity was good everything was perfect also the thca flower was good and high graded!

Complete scam! No reply from their “responsive” customer service team
Ordered from these guys and my order never turned up. Have been trying to contact them through every email available and haven’t received a single response. Would steer clear. Wish I’d seen the other reviews before ordering. Now I’ve got to go through the hassle of claiming money back though my bank. Avoid at all costs.
