Dear Sir/Madam,

We are writing this email with a very heavy heart and deep regret.

Some time ago, we introduced products from stormrock.fr to you as their affiliate marketers. At that time, we genuinely believed that stormrock.fr was a reputable and trustworthy brand, worthy of being recommended.

We invested a significant amount of time, effort, and money to promote stormrock.fr — from creating content and running advertisements to building trust with customers. On two previous occasions, stormrock.fr did not pay our commissions, more than 10k euro.

It has been almost 6 months, and our commission has still not been paid. We have contacted them repeatedly and clearly explained our personal circumstances — that our child is facing serious health issues and that we urgently need funds to cover medical treatment and hospital bills.
Despite this, all we have received in return has been silence, avoidance, and complete disregard.

What hurts us the most is not only the financial loss, but the lack of responsibility and basic human compassion in the way they have treated those who helped them sell products and build their brand.

Therefore, through this email, we would like to:

Offer our sincere apology to you for having recommended a product and a brand that we no longer have the confidence to stand behind.

Kindly ask you to carefully reconsider before continuing to purchase from or cooperate with stormrock.fr.

Clearly state that we will never again promote or recommend stormrock.fr under any circumstances.

At this moment, the only thing we can and must do is focus on earning money to pay for our child’s medical treatment, while also taking responsibility toward those who placed their trust in us.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment that our recommendation may have caused you.

I have not received anything from these…

I have not received anything from these people. And i have to assume that they also did not send anything. I have contacted them 3 times and i have received ZERO replies from them. Be careful buying from this site, see if there are other better places 1st in my honest opinion.

a business with a terrible…

a business with a terrible communication system, so disappointing. Their email seems to be inactive, we sent hundreds of emails to them but they didn't respond.

Ok. Could be a little more fresh. Also I would like to have a bundle option to choose between some choices. For example 10g of this and 10g this that etc.. in a good price ... So you could taste different things..
