If I was able to rate zero I would have done that, the worst app I have ever used. I am being forced to pay more $18 to withdraw $30 in Binance wallet and the customer service team have refused to assist me and keep on pestering m to pay from my bank account.

Hotel California vibes....it is Cinese like Temu and it is very hard to get money out, im still trying. You have to convert it to a token and then when you try to convert it they tell you insufficient funds. Support tell me he money is in a different wallet which is very hard to find. If you go with binance try a small amount and see buy snd sell and can you get it out. Good luck with that.

The support is the worst I've ever dealt with. I've tried to register an account and I was declined?? I tried contacting the support and the answer was "We are sorry but your ID was rejected. We can't offer you any services." When I asked to be provided with a reason why I was told - sorry that's all we can say. So I guess they don't like me or my nationality. I told them at least they should have the courtesy to tell me what is the reason for this... after all I provided extremely personal information and at least deserve to know what they did not like about me but I suppose this is not allowed...I told them to delete my personal information immediately as I already deleted the account I've attempted to create but seeing how this "exchange" is treating its users I am not sure. Avoid this sess pool of a site!!! This disgrace of a platform will treat you like nothing and should you encounter any issues then you will see their true nature. I hope you never find out as you will be disappointed and lose your money! Stay away from BINANCE!

Warning: they work wtih scammers! Paymonade partner of binance charged me for a failed crypto purchase that never even showed up in my wallet. I'm currently starting a disputing the charge with my bank and lawyer to get my money back. Paymonade is the worst in the industry. Total scam.
A company like binance that works with scammers is a scammer itself. They make life as difficult as possible for their customers. Their arguments are incoherent - they kept saying this problem was related to my card when buying BTC, and that they would only block the BTC. But they ended up blocking my other cryptos too. A company that doesn't protect its customers is a bad company. I'll go to the fullest extent to recover what's rightfully mine. Get your lawyers and bank ready for a court battle. In short ,the thief accuses the victim of being the thief.Everything about this is just terrible.

I don’t recognize the bitcoin adress that is put in the appeal and I guess that because Coinmerce changed the bitcoin ADRESSES I don’t know why but I guess it’s giving more problems to redeem my bitcoins it been longer then a yearrr I need my bitcoins I can see that on the 31 of July Binance broadcasted my bitcoins

Massively overly complex , locked my withdrawals to another cex. Pointless customer service. Regurgitating the message over and over with no intention of helping.

Binance suspended my withdrawal for 2 months.
I already made more than 200 cases.
The supporters ask a question and disappear again and again.
The last question is 'How did you make 30k USD from BC game?'.
And he disappeared again

Awful experience with Binance:
Changing a maiden name into a spouse name is a nightmare: I gave all the necessary documents but I already lost 5 days in a useless tchat and I still continue to struggle currently.
Meanwhile, I canno't have access to bank transfer and my funds are still on the Binance account.
My advice: RUN AWAY!

Yup, same problem, Failure to verify identity. I filed a claim with support and right away heard back from Bentley. I provided all my personal information to him and then nothing.....
At this point, I'm thinking Bentley is a bot.

As i am writing, binance have held over£3 k of my funds from an obnoxious P2P seller for two days. I asked repeatedly to cancel and refund my order they threatens you to cancel accounts and also suspend withdrawals for one day. I was also scammed by someone with a binance address binance did nothing when I entered a fraud chargeback classroom they said they would close my account. Up to now they have not refunded my money as per my request and the Appeal for the P2P has not been answered and settled in the 24 hour limit I asked for my money back. Instead they asked me to put another order with the same obnoxious seller!! Can you believe this?! Do not under any circumstances!

These people are not listening they only want to make money. The whole business is rutten, been cheated now at least by 10 different brokers. Trying to reclaim an investment and all the time they promise to make a transfer but of course i the wrong direction.
Are there any honest and serious people who can assist me without a credit-card?

So binance have stopped nearly all services for the UK.

I run multiple online social media networks for Bitcoin groups and we reach over 120 Million people per week; I had been promoting Binance.US, because I assumed they were going to be ethical and follow-through, However, I have contrary news, as I had been reviewing them, as well as others such as Coinbase, BitPay, even Cash App, and many other wallets or bitcoin providers.

I promoted them, while they haven't as much as followed through with a single request to fix my simple issue, and this has been ONE FULL YEAR That I have been trying to get verified.

That is right, I have taken all our Promotionals of Binance down, and get this, it is all because My Driver's lisense has my old address, while I moved two years ago, so it didn't match my bank statement. I have attempted to contact them numerous times and occassions, however they always say they are backed up, and I believe it...But this has been an entire year for a simple quick fix issue that a REAL HUMAN REPRESENTATION COULD Complete.

They refuse to help me, so I have finally given up, I had sent nearly 200$ into this account and probably will never be able to withdraw it, and Was using Wealthy Bots which attachs to them as AI BOT TRADER, and I spent 1000$ For their Credits, that now I will never be able to use, due to Binance not Verifying me.

It is really simple, I Can't be the ONLY Person who moved from their prior address, according to ID. I am who I say I am, and if Binance was a bit more professional I would have been verified over a year ago.

This is actually quite Unethical and pathetic to say the least, I would expect more from even a Scam Con Artist HYPP Company...

Say it isn't so, Binance you were suppose to represent the good nature and power of Bitcoin, this actually makes you guys look like gatekeeping shills that work for the Banking Industry and are set up pawns to make bitcoin look lazy, and inefficient or bad.

The Least they could do is approve my information, but I have over 7 attempts with "FAILURE TO APPROVE ADDRESS"

My New Current address is accurate on my Bank statements, I don't need to renew my Driver's lisense for another two years, just because my ID has my old address, doesn't mean I live there anymore.

So this quick fix has taken over a year and not a single assistent has even tried to look at my Contact Tickets for the past month. So all I can do is give up, and take the 1200 dollar loss as a Lesson.

Make sure you get verified with the Company that is being API to your Bitcoin Trading Bot, otherwise you may get a unethical company such as Binance.Us who is too big to care about your money making ventures, which trust me I will have lost alot more time and money just because this crooked company didn't want to help me out at all.

At least I see I am not the only one, looks like at least 200 people or so Have had same or simimilar problems. Any normal company, even PAYPAL, the most sideways of all, would have been able to accept a call from a real human being and been able to fix the problem within the hour.

There is no one you can call, they are alawys backed up, and apparently you can wait an entire year and never get any help. This company won't last long, I can't beleive I PreAdvocated them for the past year and Brought many of my friends and familys on board with my Referral link. I will have to tell them to negate my review and maybe help "Buyer Beware" about such things.

I honestly don't think this company wants to stay in business long, do they even have a mission statement? Are they so low budget they have no professionals to help be representations for their cause?
I don't get it, I am very disappointed and had high aspirations that this company was as good as I had read about. Shows you can get any media to pay off and make you win an award or two.

My new review is over, I hope they may look at this and consider actually fixing my super simple issue and verify me, but showing how they don't even care about their customer's Tickets, I seriously doubt this will reach anyone.
It is as if a bunch of chaotic monkeys all works for Binance. I hope for their sake they change things around and do what is right, since they claim to have US in their name, it gives the United States a very bad name. At least change your name from that stance.
I suggest Coinbase or even Cashapp as they have professional reps that will get back with you very quick and handle your small issues to larger problems no questions asked. They also know the clients are always right, instead of this Elitist attitude, that "You are lucky if you get in" ideology. Which anyone who is approved, great job, not all of us can get verified Apparently

Dont bother with binance unless you want to loose your money. Their customer support is none existent, so buyer beware. if you use binance youll loose your money. Their withdraw emails time out after 1 min, but have been taking 1 hour to arrive. been trying to contact customer support for over 6 hours & no response at all!
