I travel across canada 3 times a year and now not getting air miles and ay some locations not even caa not impressed always stop at shell but not anymore you can keep your scene points. Not impressed with you at all

Please give attention how many liter you put in your car! because I strongly believe some scammer in the gas bump ! Finch and Victoria Park

Taghum Shell Station in Nelson BC Canada.
I absolutely love this gas station / food store - I spent 1 month in the Nelson area and went to this gas station for healthy organic eggs and organic coffee and beef jerky, gas and more at least 5 times. Each time I bought gas I was personally served which is quite rare these days. On my last day I had a long chat with one of the owners "Cam" and another staff member "Shalene" and both were wonderful in every way. I learned about the store's history and felt so happy to be in a place that gives so much attention to good service and selling healthy products. Its the first time ever that I have bought organic eggs at a gas station. A wonderful local farmer "Brad" brings his organic eggs to the store for us to buy. This is a store / gas station worth visiting because it is beautifully designed and full of character. You can tell that the owners take great care in all of the decisions made to create a wonderful store with great service and products that are wonderful. Thanks to the owners Cam and your other two brothers and to your amazing staff for this wonderful experience. This was the beginning of a 7 hr journey for me. A great way to begin the day. Much appreciation!!

Don't sign up for shell services or use this app if you intent to change phone or change country. I never got this app up running again after changing phone. When reinstalling the app on my new phone in Canada I was not able to sign in. Shell technical support demanded that they had to delete my US profile completely to make things work which didn't help. I could still not reuse my cell number or the BCAA discount benefits because it was already assigned once in my old US profile. Really bad!

Shell have poor customer service and washroom is always out of order.

This is regarding the Shell station at 900 Lansdowne St W in Peterborough, On. On October 24th (yesterday) there was an Air Miles flash promotion where for the one day you could save 15 cents per litre. I went over early morning and the station was totally closed. Of course it’s back open today. They are always priced higher than other stations in town probably due to CAA and Air Miles savings. Pretty shady!!

This is for the Shell station on Westney Rd South in Ajax. Almost 2 weeks ago, the female attendant at this station took my prepayment indoors at the register of $20 for gasoline and clearly did something incorrectly. It dispensed $2.07 of gas and then stopped. When I went back inside to ask for help, she rudely told me "call customer service". Are you kidding me? You literally just took my money and now you can't help me? Still no refund, reply or resolution from the station owner who is well aware of this situation. I have created a case with Shell Corporate, but it's been nothing but empty promises from them as well. This is out and out theft!

Saturday October 12. Just had thanksgiving supper with my father and stopped for gas at the Shell close to the number 1 highway. Wished the young man working there happy thanksgiving. I got a look like screw you. So I said did you get lots of turkey. I have no idea if he celebrated or not being East Indian. He looks up and says I hate turkey, I hate anything that’s not vegetarian. Hmm kind of rude I thought he could have just said I’m vegetarian. I thought what if I had responded I hate anything vegetarian. I am guessing I would have been labeled a racist or something. Move to Canada fantastic but try to fit in don’t try to criticize our culture. Canadians are, for the most part, a very welcoming people. But you have to meet us half way. Good bye Shell. Oh and out of respect to the family I have asked them to take down a picture with a lotto winner out of their window, the gentleman has passed away

I live in Toronto and there are 2 Shell gas stations within a 4-5 KM drive of my residence.
The one @ Eglinton & Bayview always charges the highest price that it can! They never give you a break at night.

The other Shell gas station is on Yonge Street south of St. Clair. They are very competitive on their prices which helps greatly. The only issue is that getting up to a fuel pump is like a three ring circus! Every Tom, Dick & Harry will do anything to steal your spot if you were there first.
I find it very stressful/dangerous because of some of the idiot drivers that drive like morons at this gas station!

I was completely impressed today with Jagraj employee of Shell service station Fairview rd Penticton BC. His knowledge and professional customer service skills are continually outstanding. He is always friendly with a smile. It’s a pleasure to visit. Very helpful with a smile and patience.

I get how prepaying helps with customers not pumping and dashing but if the shoe is on the other foot what happens then. Received the worst carwash ever today but decided to grab some gas afterwards and went inside to pay. Decided to complain about the carwash and was grateful to receive a second one for free. Through all the commotion I got back in my car and proceeded to get the 2nd wash. While in the carwash I reliized I'd prepaid $55 but didn't put the gas in. Pulled back up to the same pump and went inside to explain. Kept me waiting for 15 min so they could check the cameras to prove I wasn't lying. That was proven quickly but then came up with another excuse because the 1st one failed and said they couldn't do anything because someone else filled up at that pump..on my money..and there was nothing they can do. Yes I'm an idiot and forget to put the prepaid amount in but where is the compassion when it's the customer losing out instead of a multi billion dollar business. Prepaid certainly helps shell but who helps the customer who forgets. NOONE and shell profits more of the retail guy. I will never go back to this shell station on Holland street, Bradford, On. ,for as long as I live. The customer service is rude and ignorant to the fact that they have a new way to profit and there's nothing you or I can do about it! I feel sorry for the elderly especially those who suffer from "memory loss" are now more susceptible to prepaid situations.

What head office person thought the Shell Ad on TV was a good idea. It is an absolute insult to the hard working Canadians that are your customers.

This is review for Shell Gas Station in Southdale Winnipeg. If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not waste your time, effort , money taking your car for wash service there. If you still do , do not get surprised if you get scammed by being sold the one service and end up not getting what you paid for after all. Be aware that some of their staff members are extremely rude and unprofessional.

I pumped $97 worth of gas and they charged me twice for the same purchase! Then they didn't want to make it right! I had to threaten them with the police!

I linked my Shell app with airmiles. So yesterday got an offer "1 cashmile per litre" but haven't received the bonus miles but regular 1 mile per 10 litres. So it seems they send the collectors wrong offers through Shell to make them fuel up. I am trying looking for some other app which gives better deals on gasing up. I'm a driver and gas up alot. So if anyone reading this could tell me better options then airmiles and Shell, please let me know thank you.

Installed app..you got my credit card details. App does not open. I uninstalled it. Again. I feel mistrustful. It is also a Waste of Time. Use a card please. UPDATE and I was quite right to be mistrustful; my credit card was compromised!

Poor customer service.

I accidentally purchased a "car wash" at the pump. Why is it even the first option!?!

As I was in a different city for a business trip in Toronto and purchased gas on my rental car.

They cannot refund, nor provide a code that I can use in a different area in Canada. I live in Alberta.

Weak and flavourless coffee. It doesn’t even taste like coffee. They must buy the cheapest coffee they can find. And this was a freshly made pot…

4am in the morning and on his way to work my husband stops at the Shell service station on Thickwood Blvd in Fort McMurrat Alberta. Something in his key fob malfunctions and locks him out of his company SUV. His phone and wallet are locked inside .Its in the minus temperatures as its winter
And to top it the SUV is running at the pumps . He goes inside and asks to use the phone . He gets a flat out NO from the attendant. My husband politely asks again and he just says No and continues to say tough luck . The attendant is a ignorant immigrant and should not be working in this position . What terrible service from a Canadian company . They should be ashamed of themselves Luckily another motorist stopped in let my husband call a towing company to come help. That person should find a job walking dogs instead of working around people.
