I purchased a table for over $4000USD…
I purchased a table for over $4000USD on June 19 and as of July 9 no one can tell me where this table is or when I will receive it. The customer service has been professional but it is irrelevant when the product has not been received by the latest original shipping date and had one large event for which you had no table and you have been given no idea when the product is coming. We are planning to be out of town for several days over the next couple of weeks and the company has not resolved this. I'm dumbfounded how this has happened at this purchase price...

As a result, it is normal to notice variations between pieces from the same collection. Characteristics such as knots, wood splits, filled areas, distress marks, antiquing, and rustic details are natural features of solid hardwood and are intentionally preserved by our skilled craftsmen to highlight the authenticity and individuality of each piece.
Regarding the table leg, our team reviewed the information provided and proceeded with the appropriate resolution under our warranty process.
We understand that every customer has different expectations, and while natural variations are an inherent characteristic of solid wood furniture, we appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to assist you.

Cassandra went out of her way to call me at a time that suited in Australia, listened to my experience and was able to make good on the offer that i had initially been provided with (that was incorrectly provided in a different currency).
