Worst service

I bought jeans for my daughter and they were too small. We went back to the store a week later. She tried on other jeans and we went to customer service. We were greeted with shouts that we couldn't exchange clothes purchased online. I politely replied that the jeans were purchased in the store. The attendant came to us with very bad taste, looked at the jeans that had the tag on them, and said she wouldn't exchange them because they smelled like laundry detergent. I explained that the jeans were too small and had the tag on them, and she was yelling and treating me with the utmost disrespect. Anyway, I left the store with the jeans that were too small, and they're here because they don't fit my daughter. I wasted my money on something that will have no use. The deadline for exchange or return could be made until September 22nd, and even so, I don't even feel like stepping foot in that store after the way I was treated.

Cabot Circus Bristol - awful customer service

Awful customer service, particularly from the store manager who lacked knowledge, was dismissive and rude. Was trying to return an item, it took 40 minutes with me having to go outside the shop on several occasions to be able to get online and having to queue up 4 times. Eventually I was told I couldn’t return it as it was over 30 days despite the reason for return being the store’s fault for putting the wrong size on the hanger. However, my main problem was the attitude of the manager, it’s not surprising other staff lack customer service if she is training them. Shout out to one guy who was personable and helpful.

Fraud at the highest level

Fraud at the highest level! My husband returned an item in store and got told he was going to get a refund via the same payment method. Months later no refund, the store told him to contact customer services and no one has responded.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. I had an order sent to a locker but never received a code to get my order. Contacted through email 5 days ago and no response. Contacted via WhatsApp and Live Chat takes me to shoddy A.I. Bots who are unsupportive and simply tell me to try a different method of communication when I’ve exhausted all options. Why is it so hard to speak to someone?

I'd give zero if I could

I'd give zero if I could.

I love Pull and Bear clothes and received a voucher for their online store as a Christmas present. I just recently attempted to use it and bought items that included me spending £18 in addition. This is where the disaster began. After an original dispatch email, I received another saying my pick-up point was unavailable and to respond letting them know an alternative one. Which I did. The same day.

I then had a message to say my order was at the original pick-up point. I collected it but only half was there.

At this point, the online tracker got stuck saying that the other half of my order would be delivered three days in the past.
I contacted customer services twice by email, twice by WhatsApp and once my online chat. The online chat is entirely useless - permanently a 'virtual assistant' who concluded by saying basically that as a virtual assistant, they couldn't help.
So I retried WhatsApp today and finally got a response. The man told me I hadn't replied to their email. I sent the screenshot showing I had. He said that the second part of my delivery will now arrive on Tuesday at the second pick-up point. Obviously it remains to be seen whether it really will arrive there when he said but at least i'd finally had a response!

Anyway this evening, chilly weather having returned, I went to put on the puffa jacket I'd ordered from them. It still has the security tag attached! I returned to WhatsApp because the product is obviously now unwearable and I don't live anywhere near a Pull and Bear store to have it removed. You've guessed it...back to the virtual assistant and 'try again Monday'.

The whole experience has just been unbelievably bad and I am completely unsurprised by the stream of one star reviews below mine.

Sneaky tactic

They have finally been in touch by a three different email addresses and they are all asking for the same information over again which is my order number address and email address which I keep Providing.
I think what the plan here is they keep stringing you along until the 30 day return period is over and there is nothing that can be done.
Very sneaky and disgusting tactic. They should be ashamed.

Where’s the refund??????

Sent the items back and after two weeks still no refund. Sizing is incorrect, everything oversized. No confirmation emails, no correspondence. I log in with some validation code and I see they received the clothes back, but I have no other messages. Rubbish! Will never buy from them again.

Won’t be shopping again

I ordered 3 items. They sent 2 to a selected InPost locker and said they cannot deliver the 3rd item to the same locker because it’s no longer in use!!?? Are they making any sense!? Out of the 2 items they did deliver I need to return one so I go to my account and I cannot proceed with a return because I don’t have this option! No one to contact - only email that takes ages to get a reply from!

I would give 0 starts if I could

I would give 0 starts if I could. My order is currently 5+ days late, my tracking number doesn’t work. I have spoke with customer service 3 days in a row and they tell me everytime they are still waiting for an update.
No other answer and demanding that I “have to wait for an update”
I asked for a refund and customer service said they aren’t able to process a refund on my order even though it’s 5 days late and no accurate tracking number. Sitting here feeling scammed with no real help from customer service. Do not order here.

Their birmingham store is awful

Their birmingham store is awful , the self checkouts are total pain, no one there to help, half an hour waited in queue, once got there, couldn’t remove the tag of the cardigan , no one there to help, tried other machines, none of them work. Had to put it back and walk out without the cardigan . Worst thing they ever did was the self checkouts with no one to assist you

Order at your peril 😡😡😡😡

There should really be an option for zero stars or perhaps trustpilot could lengthen the scale to include a negative 5 place angry faces…
A few weeks ago I ordered for delivery to store in Liverpool One. Email arrived to collect. Son went to collect. No order to collect. He was told to wait for an email to recollect.
This happened. Off he went again to find no order. Told they couldn’t do anything & he needed to contact customer services.
Today I received the 3rd email to go collect the order from Liverpool One. Obviously no point my son going down there as this order is not going to be there.
I’ve spent a few days trying to contact customer services but it’s really hard to find a way to do this. & I need a human not a bot. Anyway today I googled & started a wassap conflab with a bot of course. Gave my info multiple times over & finally got a human. She did confirm there was nothing to collect from store despite my emails. I requested the order to be delivered to my home address now as it’s the Easter break & son is back from uni today, very disappointed after not being able to pick up his birthday clothes & having been sent on 2 wild goose chases.
This could not happen. Why I assumed it would be able to is beyond me as they have already demonstrated no interest in serving the customer, only taking the money.
So the human set up the refund for which I have received email confirmation. I was typing a message to her when she dumped me closing the contact. How irritating. Had to continue with a fresh contact, regiving all the details, first through the bot, then another human… so I expressed very politely my total dissatisfaction with the whole thing & wondered if it was worth ordering afresh to get delivered home now & stated it would be nice if my account was credited with a voucher to reassure me that it was worth placing the order.
Well… no that is not something we usually do in these circumstances said the human. Well… us customers do not usually expect such dreadful service from a company said I & requested a manager. Of course I cannot be put through to one & the human stated I would get an email from a manager in due course.
Hmmm… well that, like the clothes order, remains to be seen. Seems this company get away with wearing some sort of invisibility cloak & are happy taking money but providing poor service. Or none. Which prompted me to look up trustpilot reviews to see if others have the same issues. Also sometimes when you get nowhere with customer services from a company who are not terribly reputable such as this, a trust pilot review can prompt a quick response from the company at fault as if they have someone employed to follow up trustpilot poor reviews. Looking on here though I am not hopeful of that. They haven’t seemed to respond to anything anyone has put. Which to me says it all.
Why is this company able to operate this way. It’s basically scamming a lot of people.
I couldn’t recommend them at all. I didn’t know they also owned Zara. Shame on them. This one should be a negative 4 angry faced review not a 1 star:

I wouldn’t even give one star

I wouldn’t even give one star, the customer services is appalling I have honestly never known anything like it. My situation is I got billed for two transactions in there Liverpool store on the 7th of march. There must of been a technical fault on there self serve counter and I got billed for two transactions I asked the sales advisor and he said it will just pending and hasn’t gone through, so he took me to the other till to pay for my item. I checked my bank a few days later they actually took the money for the first transaction aswell. So I contacted customer services via WhatsApp no help what so ever. All they said I need APN for both transactions from my bank so got that from the bank sent it to via email with proof of the transactions even the Liverpool store have offered to refund me they know the situation but I live in Wolverhampton? This is still on going no reply off the customer services to say how long it will be and what there going to do! I can’t understand how they would do this to people. I will never purchase in there store again and I know how retail works as I work in retail myself this is just an on going situation with no help.

Horrific quality control

Horrific quality control. If you’re looking for long lasting clothes pull and bear aren’t the place to be buying from. After half a day of wear in my grey joggies the logo started to peel off and material fraying. The hoodies tassle came away at the stitching on the second wear. Won’t be buying again until quality control improves, good looking clothes sadly not the quality to match. Only reason it’s a 2* and not 1 is the refund system was fairly straight forward and the staff were understanding and equally as shocked. Can’t fault the style and look of the product and customer service but the quality of the items is nothing short of disgraceful.

Impossible to process online returns

I ordered 3 coats online for my teenagers and am now trying to return one of them, but they've made it impossible to return.
I have been trying for 3 days now to log in and go through the returns process. The system is asking for a login code that was supposedly sent to my email, but after 12 trials, I have not received any code.
This is very frustrating, and there is no number to call for assistance.
