Save your money

Save your money! Do not buy. I have had my printer now for about a year. I bought it thinking I could start a small business and make a little added income. I now need to pay for therapy. This l1800 has had nothing but issues right out of the box. I am on my 3rd print head, customer support is in China, and you can only communicate via some dang app on their hours in China. NO resolve. I am out almost $4000. and the printer is useless. I am so upset over being ripped off. BUY USA products!. I will never do this again.

K13 first time setup Ink Extraction

Davey was very clear on hie instructions for helping me through troubleshooting my printing issue on my new K13 Lite Printer. Continue the good work and I am looking forward to my venture into DTF.

I was so afraid that I had done…

I was so afraid that I had done something wrong to make my printer not work. Engineer Tan was so helpful and showed me step by step how to fix it. Took quite awhile and he was very patient with me. I am 77 years old...so not an easy task...but he showed me how to extract the ink from capping station (and I was very hesitant to do that...scary and messy...but because of Engineer Tan, I am not afraid of doing that. Procolored support team are awesome. Can't say enough good things about my experience today. This printer is truly awesome and I really baby it. Love it and again thank you for your help.

Unbelievably good online support paired…

Unbelievably good online support paired with a very solid printer. I've been thoroughly impressed with both how active and attentive their online tech support is, helping us sort any issues that might pop up with our new printer.

Couldn't recommend ProColored more and am just so excited to keep printing more with our K13 Lite!!

Tech support got my K13 Lite up and printing again!!

I completed a few prints and the next day I had 2 red flashing lights, I contacted tech support and they completed a diagnostic to get to the root cause of the problem. Unfortunately, it was the printhead which sucks because we just unboxed the K13 Lite DTF printer last week and completed a handful of prints. The good news is that printhead is covered under warranty and although it was disappointing already having to complete a replacement, tech support shipped it out immediately after virtually logging in and testing the printer. We received the printhead in a few days and tech support was extremely helpful with walking us through step by step on how to complete the replacement ourselves. It didn't matter what time of day we had questions, someone responded either immediately or within a couple hours. I was even able to ask for a pause in tech support service because when we first turned the printer on, it was slamming to the left hand side. Lucas was able to direct us to what the issue could be and sure enough, our printer was shipped with a disconnected ribbon cable. We followed his steps in connecting the cable then I asked to follow up the next day to complete the initial set up and first print. I got off of work the next day, sent a message to Lucas and we were able to get the printer up and running. I'm not sure if it's normal to receive these printers with disconnected ribbon cables but tech support make this process less intimidating. I might actually purchase the extended warranty to continue having tech support because this was a very big purchase for us and I want to be able to ask for help and have people with direct knowledge

Customer Service is great

The Machine took almost 2 months to get here and there seems to already be tech issues but the customer service is really great and has the easiest way to guide anyone that is struggling.

Loving My New Procolored K13 DTF…

Loving My New Procolored K13 DTF Printer!

I recently got the Procolored K13 DTF printer, and I’m honestly so impressed! First of all, the design is gorgeous — the pink finish looks amazing in my craft room and gives it such a clean, professional vibe. Setup took a little time, but once everything was in place, the printer ran smoothly.

The prints come out vibrant, detailed, and super consistent. The built-in features, touchscreen, and overall layout make it easy to use, even for someone getting started with a new system. The feeding system and print quality really stand out — no streaks, no issues, just beautiful results.

I’m excited to keep creating with it! If you’re looking for a reliable, aesthetic, and high-quality DTF printer, the K13 is definitely worth it.

I have 2 printers with the company

I have 2 printers with the company. Dtf and a uv dft flat bed. Direct object printer.Yes sometime there a learning curves and understanding the printer. But as far as the printer go’s they are impeccably good quality. And the prints are very vibrant. And the customer service is spot-on. if you ever come across any issues, they will sort it immediately. Cannot fault the customer service. 👌

I have both the Procolored F8 and P13, and I absolutely love them! I haven’t had any issues, and they’ve helped me turn a simple hobby into a small business.
