Complete pain in the....
The K13 lite is a complete pain in the a**. At this point, i think it just randomly picks an issue every other day. It's annoying and for the price you're paying, you should receive something that actually works most of the time.
Great company and very helpful
Great company and very helpful. Having Support techs also is what makes it great. They always help when I need a solution with my machine.
This is an out and out scam
This is an out and out scam. They tell you that you cant return after 7 days and if you put ink in the printer thats it your stuck with it. This is a breach of your consumer rights. If you buy a £500 tv it comes with 12 months warranty so this is all a bare faced lie to make you think you are stuck with it. The engineers drag everything out and nothing is ever resolved just new issues created. swerve them at all costs they have ripped off so many people. Speak to customers on the procoloured FB group and you see a pattern

I thought I was having a bad experience and having a lot of trouble with my D. TF machine, but I am very satisfied with the person that helped me. I was already giving up and ready to return my d.T f machine and she had a lot of patience with me.Thank you so much for having employees that have the patience and are very courteous to other people.Thank you so much.
The products are of very poor quality
The products are of very poor quality. The K13 Lite printer suffers from numerous operational issues, including constant ink depletion, frequent paper jams, and limitations on cartridge cleaning. As for the new oven they promoted, one of the walls warped during use—presumably due to the heat; although they claim the temperature does not exceed 150°F, it was shown to go beyond that level. To claim the warranty, I was required to send the product in before they would ship a replacement, and I also had to cover the shipping costs for both items. Terrible customer service.
I genuinely wanted to like this…
I genuinely wanted to like this printer, but my experience has been frustrating from start to finish. The print quality can be decent when it works, but reliability is a major issue.
I dealt with constant ink flow problems, maintenance headaches, and inconsistent printing that wasted both film and money. For a machine marketed toward serious DTF printing, I expected something far more stable and production ready.
Support was also disappointing. Responses felt slow and didn’t properly solve the core issues. When you’re running a business, downtime matters, and this printer created more stress than confidence.
I’ve spent more time troubleshooting than actually printing. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this printer based on my experience.
Stay Far Away
In my opinion, this company does not even deserve one star.
I purchased the new Procolored K13 Lite DTF printer in October 2025 for approximately $2,100. When the printer arrived, the entire side where the ink door is located was smashed in. I reported the damage right away, but the issue was brushed off, and I was only offered a set of ink as compensation.
Fast forward about five months, and the printer began leaking ink from the bottom. The print head also started laying down large globs of ink while printing. I sent the printer in for repair and included all of the items and original parts that came with it.
Now I am being told that the printer needs a new white ink tank with agitator, ink sac tubes with cartridges, and a waste ink pump motor. Of course, I am being told these items are not covered under the warranty.
Their customer service has been extremely frustrating. It feels like they do not actually listen when you try to explain the issue, and the conversation just goes in circles with no real resolution. I also contacted the BBB, but the complaint was closed because the company did not respond.
I will never purchase from this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I feel like I was robbed of $2,100 for a printer that was only five months old and had issues from the moment it arrived.
Buyer beware.
If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchased my K 13 lite in January received in February 2026. Before I can even use it, I had to call tech-support and I had to take going into the machine and make adjustments on the print head. It ran for about a week or two before I had to reach out to them again. Once again I was told I needed to dismantle it to get it to work, but this time it wasn’t just the print head. Again, it worked for a little while and then it went down. Early May, I got the alternating flashing red lights. Prior to realizing tech-support only works via chat. I had called they were closed. I had called again. Their text were at lunch. Finally, I chatted and the issue was unable to be resolved and they told me it was my fault because I let it sit idle. It was idle because it was not working, and I was unable to make the contact with them. They would not let me speak to a manager. The third person on the chat was very rude and sarcastic, and I have the screenshots to provide. She told me she was a manager when in fact, she wasn’t because I called to complain about her right after that chat. All I wanted was a machine that worked. I paid a lot of money. During the chat, I was told some parts were covered under warranty, and others were not. And I refuse to pay any money when clearly when I received it, it was non-operational.

I have a k13 that was purchased through kickstarter... (I know, strike one) last year, and I have technically had it for one year as of this month. In the year of having this machine, I have been able to successfully use it for about 4 months. MAYBE 5. That would be generous. I have taken this machine apart, and reassembled it, MORE than I have actually used it for creating things. I have replaced 2 motherboards, ink heads, ink carriage, ink waste pad & pump, encoder strip, ink tubes, white ink pump, and a few other smaller parts. Bought the machine as a bundle for around 3000 dollars, and have dropped another 1000 into the parts to try and keep in working condition. No amount of maintenance is good enough to keep it functioning properly. The warranty is garbage. Customer support.... I have never spent more time with a companies support line than I have with this place. Fast response time? HA!! I have had to wait for a response anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 min. My guess is because SO many people are reaching out for help, that they can not cover it all, so they take on multiple complaints at once. I have been told by procolored on a few occasions that I need to remove my negative feedback because its false and makes them look bad. (email proof to back that up) I have had to fight to get free parts, and have had to damn near drain my account to buy others. One time, I was told if I removed my negative comments, I would get certain parts for free. This is not a company I would EVER recommend. I am currently trying to fix the ink carriage, that they said needed replacing, and the part they sent is incorrect. It does not fit properly, and they want to tell me..."did you check the cable connections... THE CABLES ARE DISCONNECTED DUE TO THE WHOLE MACHINE BEING GUTTED TO REMOVE AND REPLACE THE INK CARRIAGE" No one ever listens to the true problem. If anyone wants to take over this mess, Ill sell ya the whole thing! All parts, paper, oven, inks.... ALL of it!! You got time to sit with support for HOURS, make me a deal!!

This is the worst DTF printers on the market. They break in a month and technicians have you buying parts and cleaning for months before you realize it’s just a junk machine.. EUN FAR AWAY!

I had a fantastic experience with the Procolored printing machine for T-shirts, which I rated five stars. The quality of the prints is impressive, and the machine operates smoothly, making it a great product for anyone looking to create professional-grade apparel.
Customer service is generally good; they are very helpful when you reach out. However, I have noticed that their response time can be a bit slow at times. Despite this minor drawback, they always manage to assist effectively and ensure a positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend Procolored for anyone in need of a reliable printing machine!

We’re disappointed to share that our experience with ProColor DTF has been extremely frustrating. Despite multiple part replacements, the machine continues to malfunction, and we have not received adequate support or a resolution.
At this point, we feel let down by the lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand behind the product or offer a refund. We believe in transparency and want others to be aware before making a similar investment.
If anyone has experienced something similar or has advice, we’d appreciate hearing from you.

Defective Printer + Endless Support Loop – No Resolution
I purchased a Procolored K13 printer and have had ongoing issues from the beginning.
I have been working with Procolored support on this issue since August 2025, and the printer is still not resolved.
The printer has multiple problems:
Severe print defects (ghosting, double images, distorted output)
Ink spitting and inconsistent printing
Physical damage to the frame upon arrival
I have worked with Procolored support extensively:
Multiple online chat sessions
Provided photos, videos, and detailed documentation
Followed all troubleshooting steps
Instead of resolving the issue, they repeatedly:
Redirect me back to online chat
Send replacement parts without addressing the root problem
Avoid approving a full inspection or replacement
At one point, they acknowledged the need for part replacement under warranty, but the printer still does not function properly after continued support efforts.
This has been a continuous back-and-forth with no real resolution.
At this stage, I requested to take the printer to their authorized technician for an in-person inspection (which is within driving distance), but they continue to push remote troubleshooting instead.
This has resulted in significant time lost and a machine that is still not usable.
If you are considering this printer for business use, be aware that support may not lead to an actual resolution if something goes wrong.
SCAM
Title: Spent $8,000 and Regret Every Penny
I really wanted this to work. I bought the full Procolored bundle — F13 Pro printer, Sharker oven, heat press — straight from their website. Nearly $8,000. I was ready to build something with it.
The oven came damaged. The heat press can't apply even pressure and is too small for the work I need to do. The printer has been unreliable since day one — good print one morning, completely unusable the next. There's no rhyme or reason to it.
Within five months I'd already replaced both printheads — white and color — entirely on my own dime. Now I'm being told the white one needs to go again. Another $500. None of it is covered. At this price point, that's just not acceptable.
I haven't profited from this equipment. Between the downtime, the wasted material, and the repair bills, I'm in the hole. It feels like the whole business model is built around selling you parts for machines that aren't built to last.
Getting help has been its own frustration. The support portal is slow, responses are inconsistent, and a few reps have been flat-out dismissive. I asked to return everything and was turned down — they offered $100 as a goodwill gesture. On an $8,000 purchase.
Save yourself the trouble. The marketing doesn't reflect the reality of owning this equipment.
