I came to Kate with a very painful, delicate request.A memorial painting for my Dad, of my StepMom, who was my best friend, and the love of my Dad's life. I asked her to paint my Dad and StepMom at a waterfall that they always imagined, but never made it to together before she was taken from us. Kate was so kind, patient, and compassionate. She created a breathtaking scene of them at their waterfall. When my Dad received it, he cried at how beautiful it was and how she had brought them to life at the place they'd always promise they'd meet in their dreams. He proudly displayed it where he could look at it often and where everyone can see it when they come into his house. We are so happy with how it turned out. It's like we have a little piece of her back with us now.

Overall, extremely happy with not only the quality of the work but the ability to bring our wonderful moment to life. This was given to us as a gift for our wedding and working with Kate has been a delight. Kate is very professional, responsive, and truly talented. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a special piece of artwork!

I ordered a portrait where two photographs were merged and there was a wardrobe change. The resulting portrait was so realistic it almost looked like a photograph. The communication was seamless and I loved that you could pick framing options and avoid more steps when the portrait arrived. The result was way beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend.

I was looking for a historic-style portrait of my family; beyond that I was open to interpretation. It came out wonderfully! The detail of our faces, as well as the wardrobe and background is incredible. I appreciated the questions during planning so I could have more input (and the questions helped me get ideas!). I was looking for a real painting, and the quality here is amazing.

Brilliant from start to finish. Kate was very quick to reply and open to discussing how the painting should look, including some very minor tweaks at the end. It's a beautiful piece that truly brought a favorite family photo to life with so much depth and feeling. I am absolutely delighted with both the service and the quality of this wonderful gift for my sister.
