Replaced my entire order when it didn't look right, no hassle

Between the time I received my first shipment from Novamane and my second shipment, Novamane had updated their formulation, boasting an increase in GHK-Cu. I expected it to be at least as blue (or green) as the first batch, but instead it wasn't at all. That was puzzling, so I contacted Novamane support by email with a photo, asking if it looked as expected. I sent the email at midnight, and I received a reply the next day from Wilbeth at Novamane support. Wilbeth told me a new shipment would be coming my way—a full kit replacement, 12 vials and four applicators. No hassle at all—impressive service.

Wilbeth was amazingly helpful

Wilbeth was amazingly helpful. And it seems that NovaMane was extremely understanding and empathetic toward my situation in spite of policy that may or may not existed. I needed to stop an order and cancel a subscription I had forgotten about. I didn't really understand the subscription model existed actually. I could not afford the order at the time. Wilbeth helped get the order intercepted and stopped and helped me get a full refund. It was massively helpful. I will recommend NovaMane to everyone. I have seen my own results.

Plus, the customer service is up there with the very best. Kiko in particular, goes out of her way to assist you.. They're all outstanding at helping you, but kiko makes you feel like she genuinely cares whether you're happy..

Very disappointed!

The only reason there is one star is because I couldn't not put one. This company is a huge scam! I paid for one of there promotions that was on Facebook. I never received a thing from them at all. I reached out several times with them giving poor excuses from them. They kept saying it was being delivered but nothing ever came. Then they were trying to keep charging my credit card every 4 months! Don't get suckered into the same setup that I did.

Update: The email below was issued after this review was posted. As of now neither package or refund has turned up. But I will give an update to the final outcome.
Final Outcome: Novamane issued a credit for the product minus shipping. So they did follow through with the refund as they said. Now today I get home and the package at my door. The kit arrived complete with all vials filled the same. It was 10 days over the 4 to 6 day time frame. As for the product I will make an update on how well it works.

NovaMane 6 month Report

I’m in the process of utilizing NovaMane for HairHealth and Growth. In 6 months I’m satisfied with the progress albeit slower than I wish for new growth but it is beginning! .My plan is to give it 6 more months before deciding on my next steps on this Journey. Customer Service has been outstanding as I work with the NovaMane team on cost and results.
