Gave them a shot since I was able to get in on a good discount. Wasn't really expecting too much but after a few weeks, I started to see an increase of hair growth. I went from pretty much nothing on the top of my head and my hair started to slowly grow back before this product but very lightly and randomly on its own. Since I saw this growth, I tried Alphainfuse. After a few weeks, the growth started to be more noticeable and fuller. I've been using it for probably 6 mos maybe and I've seen an increase of growth and the coverage is more than I expected. My hair is still thin and I keep it short so I still look bald on top but the amount of new growth and the overall coverage is way better than expected.

If it continues to increase and get thicker, I actually think I could finally have a full head of hair for the first time in years. I still expect it to take another 6 months for it to get fuller but this is the first product that I've actually been impressed with and have seen real, quick & promising results. Very happy I gave them a try.

Ordering was easy and I take advantage of the discounts. I also started doing it 2 times a week for quicker results.

No lo volveré a comprar de nuevo y no quise pedir el reembolso que ofrecen.
English: I bought Alphainfuse on 8 February 2026 to use for four months. I was really looking forward to its potential benefits, but unfortunately it hasn’t been at all effective in my particular case. Not a single new hair has grown, despite its extensive list of ingredients and the fact that I’ve been using it weekly. I have to say it smells lovely, but that’s not enough – I was expecting more. I won’t be buying it again, and I didn’t want to claim the refund they offer.

I want to share my complete, documented chronological experience with the AlphaInfuse device so other consumers can make an informed decision. Every single claim below, including my communications with AlphaInfuse, PayPal, and the Trustpilot support team, is fully documented with screenshots and timestamps.

​I purchased the AlphaInfuse device under the impression it was a Miami-based company. However, red flags appeared immediately. After paying via PayPal, the transaction record showed the money went to an entity named "SSV LLV," and the package was eventually shipped to me by a Chinese logistics company called YunExpress.

​The most alarming issue occurred during product use. A metal needle completely broke off the AlphaInfuse device and got stuck directly in my scalp. I actually only discovered the broken needle later when I was already lying in bed. If I hadn't accidentally run my hand over my head, I wouldn't have even noticed it was there. This could have ended tragically. A loose, sharp metal needle in bed could easily cause sepsis, pierce an eye or an ear, accidentally enter the mouth while sleeping, or lead to a severe infection. I had to carefully comb the broken metal piece out of my hair. I immediately contacted AlphaInfuse customer support regarding this severe physical safety hazard, but received absolutely zero response.

​Due to the lack of response, I opened a dispute with PayPal. After reviewing the safety concerns, PayPal ruled in my favor, issued a full refund, and provided the actual registered details of the merchant: a Chinese company named Guangzhou Haoqianyi Trading Co., Ltd.

​Only after PayPal intervened and refunded my money did individuals claiming to be AlphaInfuse directors and support staff (Victoria, Natalie, and Catherine) suddenly start messaging me. Instead of addressing the safety issue, they stalled and used Trustpilot's reporting tools to temporarily remove my initial review.

​Even worse, in their previous reply to my now-deleted review, AlphaInfuse publicly lied, claiming I simply asked them to "pay him extra on top." This is a manipulative attempt to discredit my safety warning. My emails prove my actual focus. As documented on June 25, I explicitly wrote to them: "My priority is consumer safety. How do you intend to guarantee that this product never causes this kind of physical danger to future customers, and how do you propose we address the physical and moral damage caused by this severe safety failure...?" They completely ignored my questions about their safety protocols and are now trying to frame a legitimate demand for accountability regarding physical injury as a simple cash grab.

​Please be extremely careful. The low-quality needles on this device can break off, which poses a serious risk of infections, physical injuries, or other health complications. Always consult with a certified dermatologist, trichologist, or medical professional before using such tools on your skin. ​It is disappointing that this company prioritizes hiding reviews, publicly lying about customers, and silencing experiences over actually fixing their product, ensuring consumer safety, informing the public, and apologizing for such incidents. Proceed with extreme caution.

I had an issue with my order, and the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful from start to finish.

horrible costumer service... if you buy Make sure you like the product, once you have it they will make difficult to refund you 100% if you are not satisfied with the product, even though their refund policy states 100% refund if not satisfied.

I loved your cooperation regaring my query, Ms Victoria was so helpful and friendly in helping me and explaing with the situation was and cancelling the order.

The efficacy of the first batch (2mths supply) I received was amazing. I noticed successful results after three days. My hair stopped falling out. Then after 7days started growing back. The next batch I bought did absolutely nothing and in fact made my hair drop out at a faster rate. The third batch stopped my hair from falling out but did nothing for growth. The fourth batch again does nothing and my hair is falling out at an alarming rate. Customer Service rather than take on board what I mentioned about efficacy, kept switching the issue back to me. My fault cos I needed to consistently use it for two months. I'm getting more discouraged so have bought one more batch (2 mth supply).

This rating is based off the email correspondence. Truly want to try the product around Thanksgiving when I save up a little more.

I have started to notice new hair growth in dormant scalp areas. I have used other products, but have had better results using Alphainfuse. I would recommend this product wholeheartedly.

This is the only effective product I have used. Be careful, as other companies are copying and pretending to be the original. Always trust the official source and purchase directly from the website. I also inquired about how often I need to use the product, and they responded very quickly. I don't know about you, but I highly recommend them 100%. By the way this is my second time ordering so yeah no BS.
