I have several of these shower head systems now. Even got them for my rental houses and for my daughters home. The wife and I just love the fact that it is so easy to adjust the pressure. I was shocked after a month of use to look at the filters and see how much crap was in my water. It is amazing how you can feel the difference in your hair and skin. We are about to start building a new home and these are top of the list! Well done Muravai, Highly recommend!

Quality Poor..So Disappointing!
I purchased the Filtered Showerhead™ with the free Shower Hose & Connector Set and it was delivered March 21, 2026 --used it, and I followed all procedures/suggestions for maintenace, drying and care [noted on the website, reviews and customer videos].
On April 15, 2026 I received the Replacement Filters (3 Pack) I ordered...advertised to be '18 Stage Filtration'... 'Filters 99% of chlorine, rust & heavy metals for the softest skin and hair', Explore the Main Filter Elements That Make Our Technology Superior and Incredibly Powerful in Combatting Skin and Hair Issues Effectively-- 1. Activated Carbon Filter 2. PP Cotton Filter 3. Mineral Stone Filter [for brevity here---see website for details]
I installed 1 of the filters May 13, 2026--- at that time I did not open the discarded filter to verify what was actually in it. Nor did I open the 3 filters I received, believing they were as advertised. They were definitely NOT! This I found out today [June 29, 2026] when, in addition to the issues of June 27, 2026, I decided to uninstalled the unit and opened the used filter and the 2 unopened ones finding nothing at all in them! At that 'revelation' I ceased to 'wonder' why my skin is even more irrated, hair rougher, and shedding way more than when I was using my previous showerhead and filter!
June 27, 2026 I notice rusting on the surface metal [Note: at least 1 other reviewer also had that issue] and also much water drop spotting there also. Prior to this I began find it hard to keep dripping from occuring at the 'screw and unscrew' points.
I have purchased a new Showerhead and Filters and cannot recommend Muravai. I did not contact Muravai as the company's stated refund policy is 30 days. Return's are accepted within 40 days of delivery so I qualify for neither.

The shower head has good pressure
The shower head has good pressure , but the plastic part that holds the filter is very cheap and crack and sprays water all over the place . Both shower heads do the same thing out of the box. And the other one the button to stop flow leaks constantly. Very cheap product, I do not recommend. Hopefully I can stop this auto filter replacement that they added on. Very disappointed

Hidden charges in their purchase…
Hidden charges in their purchase process with no obvious way to remove them. I went to purchase this showerhead and saw in the small print that they would charge 35.99 a month for "something." I had to redo the cart though, and when i went back in to purchase it, i didn't see this anymore. I was very closely monitoring for this because I know these shady Ffacebook companies love to hide hidden fees and subs in their "deals." Sure enough, one month later, 36$ charge. NEVER should this be automatic, it should be illegal. If you want to offer a subscription, offer it, but make the user select it, not have it selected for them. Nobody should do business with a company like this.

The $5 Temu versions are unfortunately knockoffs of our design, and the filtration inside is lower quality, so they won't filter your water as effectively. Overall, a great shower head and a significant improvement over the original shower head. The flow isn't quite as strong as advertised, but that is more likely due to the water pressure coming through the pipes. One issue I had was that due to how high my water supply pipe is in the shower, I had to buy an extension to drop it lower because the Muravai is long and sits high in the cradle.

The Hose from Hell
I enjoy the filter and settings however the hose is cheaply made less than 2 week use in master bath and water is squirting out of the side of the hose. Also it’s hard to contact customer service.
