I got the filter as a gift for my partner who has really sensitive scalp that ALWAYS flares up.
We used it for 3 months + and didn’t notice any improvements. So I cancelled my subscription and tell them why when they asked what’s the reason behind my cancellation. They got back to me and initiated a solution right away.
Because of their superb customer service. I’ve been telling people to give them a try anyways eventhough it didn’t work for us. And now that they’ve upgraded, I’m buying again to give it another go. Hopefully it works this time else they’re gonna think I’m a fraud if I cancel the refill subscription again 😂

After years of struggling with hair fall, dry damaged hair and itchy scalp my hair has never felt and looked better. After 1 week can notice the difference and after 2 months my hair is growing quicker, much thicker! Great product!

I experienced a delivery issue caused by the courier, but Hello Klean’s customer support was outstanding. They replied quickly, arranged a replacement without any hassle, and were extremely kind and professional throughout the whole process.

This shower is mind blowing! Really a must. Sometimes a bit challenging to pair, but it does wonders to my hair and ski, despite my area “hard water “; I’ve a skin condition and it makes wonders and my hair falls a lot less. Please invest in Hello Klean, and thank me later; I own the last model it was a bday gift!

My family are so glad we have our shower head! Our area has extremely hard water which leaves skin tight and dry so to now have soft supple skin and a shower which doesn’t need a load of limescale remover to clean it is a godsend.
The quality of the shower head is fabulous. It has made the water flow strong and direct, a big improvement on the original shower head.

Design looks nice, it fell in the bathtub and got a little bit damaged. Water quality improved, but there is still calc. My skin and hair haven’t changed, but i can prolonged cleaning the glass of shower.

Didn’t think that we’d (me & wifey) see any differences. But this has pleasantly surprised us.

Not only better skin or hair, we noticed our whole bodies feel better after each shower.

Wish they had versions for tap and washing hoses. I’d buy them all.

Great overall. But I could not find washer ring at all in their box.

My in-line shower filter gives me water which feels so much softer than the unfiltered supply.
I also use your anti-dryness body cream which is a fantastic post shower treatment for dry skin.

I can honestly say the condition of my hair has improved immensely since using Hello Klean's showerhead/filters. I live in an extremely hard water area of France. Everything clogs up with limescale within very short periods of time and my already fragile hair was paying the price, becoming brittle and dull despite condioning treatments. But not now 😊! I highly recommend this product and also the excellent customer service. An issue I had with the first showerhead purchased was resolved efficiently and courteously.
