Well called and was told had to be within 30 days of my vehicle insurance renewal. Was told I would be called. Did not get called so called in myself. The person saw my info and transferred me to another. That got me leaving a voice message this morning and at this time I have yet to be contacted.

Very big disappointment
Very big disappointment. I received an excellent quote from scoop with caa. When I called back a week later to accept the quote, scoop would not honour it, telling me that 1) i didn’t report an accident that rep Ella said was a glass chip. Since when r glass chips an accident, 2) we said we first obtained insurance when we received our license, me in ‘71 my wife in ‘75. Ella said MTO indicated I first got insurance in 1997 when I was 43 and my wife in ‘96 when she was 37. What a joke. And I was kept on the phone for over an hour by Ella. I will never use lowest rates or scoop ever again. And I will not renew my current insurance with CAA thru scoop. Just a waste of time and terrible experience!

Putting the website name as LowerRates.ca and while getting the amount of quotes the amount the rates are high. So there is no point in calling it as lower rates.ca. It’s better to change the name to HigherRates.ca.
