I signed up believing this was a normal monthly subscription, but only later discovered it was actually a 12-month commitment with monthly payments.
The pricing is presented as a monthly fee, which can easily mislead customers into thinking they can cancel at any time. When I contacted support immediately after realizing the issue, they refused to cancel my subscription or make any exception.
This has been a very disappointing experience. A service should be transparent about long-term commitments, and customers should have a fair opportunity to cancel if they misunderstood the billing terms.
I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
How the company could improve:
Make the 12-month commitment much more prominent during checkout instead of emphasizing only the monthly price. Offer a short cancellation or refund period for new subscribers who made an honest mistake, and empower customer support to make reasonable exceptions. These changes would build trust and create a much better customer experience.

At first, it enticed me to pay it first month cost of US$2.95 for trial through my Master bank card. I paid. Then I visited its jobs and find jobs are very few. So I decided immidiately to stop the next month paying. But its website forbad me to stop, force me to continue to pay it for the next 11 months with US$14.95 per month.
So I contact its support email and complaint. After one work day, they changed the subscribe time limt to after 29 days, and it will not automatically re-enable, and they emailed to inform me of the stopping.

Signed for a month and they transferred me over to a year. Refused to cancel the annual and said I'd be billed for a year. Had to call the bank to stop transactions. Awful company.

I signed up for the trial and they locked me into an annual plan!
Job Seeker Pro plan that I was locked in did not have any way to cancel and I was not aware I was locking myself into a annual plan only after a trial. Charging for a month of service ok, but locking someone into a year is predatory. I have sent a email to support to cancel this and have not gotten a response yet.
They have a weird rules that no one can't cancel their monthly subscription and a hidden terms and condition that for 12months they can continue take away your cash from your card. Never trust them

They don't allow me to cancel my yearly subscription.
There response is ->
Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out.
I've looked into your account and can confirm that the subscription was purchased as a 12-month commitment billed monthly. The commitment and renewal terms were clearly presented during signup and checkout, and acceptance of these terms was required before the purchase could be completed. Our records show this confirmation was provided at the time of signup.
As such, the subscription remains active under the original commitment terms, and we're unable to approve an early cancellation or refund at this time.
Kind regards,
What a logic !!!

I cancelled my auto-renewal before the billing date through my account dashboard, which clearly showed the auto-renewal as disabled. Despite this, I was still charged.
I contacted support via email to request a refund but have received no response.
This is unacceptable. I have documented proof that auto-renewal was cancelled prior to the charge. If this is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank.
I hope the team reaches out to resolve this as other reviewers have mentioned receiving a response after leaving a review here.

completely inability to apply for jobs. Yet, it captures your personal information, and even has an email confirmation to "sign you up". Only to then return you to a non-application linked site. Also, I hear the real site makes you pay to apply.

I saw many job offers. The platform itself isn't bad.
It wasn't the right solution for my job search, so I requested to cancel my annual subscription, which was billed monthly. The support team was able to help me by canceling the subscription immediately.
I was amazed by the speed and quality of the support service.

No proper listing and I canceled the trial.
Now it is taking money from me. no letting me to delete account or delete payment method or cancel subs.
Update: I have received a refund email.

Misleading subscription terms and marketing. You're locked onto 12 month subscription with monthly payments and there's no way to cancel.

I am very disappointed with my experience.
I subscribed because the service appeared to offer a subscription that could be cancelled at any time. However, when I decided to cancel, I was unable to find a clear cancellation option on the website.
I contacted customer support multiple times by email requesting cancellation and asking about the charges on my account. Despite my requests, I did not receive a response, and I continued to be charged for several months.
The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication and the difficulty in managing my subscription. Customers should have a simple and transparent way to cancel a recurring service and receive timely support when issues arise.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

My intention was not to be charged past the $2.95 trail period. WWR uses commitment and subscription interchangeably. Noticed that my virtual card was still trying to be used for a 14.95 membership. This is an unfair practice targeting to trap people. A check box does not constitute my signature. Predatory practices. I will be contacting my states attorney and FTC. I have never had this much trouble to unsubscribe from something not intentionally meant.
To Whom It May Concern,
I am formally disputing your attempts to charge me for an alleged subscription obligation.
I canceled my trial subscription, and my account currently reflects that I have no active subscription. I did not knowingly agree to a 12-month commitment, did not sign any separate agreement, and did not receive any email or documentation confirming that I had entered into a binding 12-month contract.
Despite the cancellation of my account, I have become aware of continued billing attempts. These actions raise serious concerns regarding the transparency of your subscription and cancellation practices.
To protect myself from further unauthorized charges, I used a virtual payment card and have since requested a new card number. These precautions were necessary due to my concern that additional billing attempts would continue after cancellation.
If your company believes I am bound by a 12-month commitment, I demand that you provide:
1. A copy of the agreement you claim I accepted.
2. The date, time, and method of my alleged acceptance.
3. Copies of any emails or notices that were sent to me regarding the commitment.
4. Documentation supporting any amount you claim is owed.
Until such documentation is provided, I dispute any alleged balance and do not authorize any charges to any payment method associated with my account.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I reserve the right to file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), my state Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division, and any other appropriate consumer protection agencies regarding what I believe may be deceptive or unfair billing and cancellation practices.
Please confirm in writing that all billing attempts have ceased and that my account has been closed with no outstanding obligation.
**** UPDATE: contact was made and issue has been resolved. It was unfortunate that I had to go though other entities to get movement on my complaint ****

AVOID!!!!!!! They lock you into a year long subscription when you just want to try out the website and wont let you cancel it!!!! What kind of company is this? Isn't this illegal?

Reply from We Work Remotely
Absolutely unacceptable experience.
I clearly contacted support on June 20 requesting cancellation BEFORE any further charge, and yet I was still billed on June 22. This is completely unfair and feels like deliberate disregard for a customer’s request.
Now I am being told about a “12-month commitment” after the fact, which was not made clear in any way that made the actual financial obligation obvious at the time. This feels misleading and borderline deceptive.
My cancellation request was ignored, my account was charged anyway, and then my refund request was dismissed without properly addressing the fact that I acted before the billing date.
This is extremely frustrating and honestly feels like the company is hiding behind fine print instead of treating customers fairly.
I would strongly advise others to be very careful before committing to this service.
