Will be in position to say anything after reading the guide

If I could give a 0 star rating I would off.
I was mislead with the 70 % off sale on the Facebook ad.
I was shocked when my bank asked if I just did an order for $156.90
I sent the company a message straight away to cancel my order to be told we can't do because of some policy they sent me the link to.
There was no option for me to check what I had ordered but apparently It said that I purchased the 4 pack.
I told them I don't want a subscription so apparently they have cancelled that.
The order is still pending payment with my bank but I was told the shipment is on its way.
So I have 4 lots of allergy tablets apparently on there way for something I don't even know will work on my dog or even if he will like them.
And I can't send them back for a refund.
I am beyond frustration.
And think I should get my money back
So please read before you click on anything.
Don't be caught fooled like me.

Having no experience

I have been giving my miniature poodle one Kelpie allergy chew per day for over two weeks now and have not noticed any difference. She still scratches and licks as much as before. I also found the ordering process a bit confusing, and ended up getting and paying for four packets when I only wanted one for a trial before I bought any more. Overall - not impressed!

I think its good to have a gide to help to know when your dog has an allergic reaction on its food. Allergies can come over night and you dont know why yoyr dog starts acting different.

Hi I have a Yorkie under 1yr old and the last week I noticed that he keep scratching but have no fleas
He is on Enerpets puppy pellets
He gets rice and chicken once a week
I bath him with anti itching shampoo from Marltons

If I could give a negative number here I sure would. I ordered the allergy chews for my dog. The website is very misleading. I thought it was only 24 something and after I ordered I saw on my email receipt 99.00. I panicked and immediately emailed the company to cancel the order. Despite me doing that so quickly they refuse yo cancel the order. What a scam!!!

Information regarding application of 70% discount offered was not clear on website and I was shocked by the charge for my order, which was not on the total value of the order. I immediately contacted the company, within minutes of placing the order to cancel my order.
The responses to my repeated requests ignored the timeframe to my initial request and was declined. I had done my $$$ but did eventually receive my order after PayPal was involved. Disappointing. Would not order from this company again.

Misleading ad on Facebook. States 120 chews for 39.99 and when you give your cc info and hit purchase the total you pay is 139.99. 4x the amount the add leads you to belive you are paying.

Product never received! They took my money and sent me nothing!

Worst website and customer experience ever! They don't have a checkout. You can't see what's in your cart. They don't tell you the price that will be charged on your card. They deceive you. We emailed them TWO minute after to cancel the order. They said it was too late. That they can't do anything. Thought it was going to be a 40$ purchase. Add an extra hundred to that and that's your bill!
