This is simply unacceptable. I am deeply shocked by the completely unprofessional customer service and constant breach of agreements from HypoStore.
The entire process has been an absolute disaster:
First, they advertised a delivery time of 1–3 days and showed the item as in stock.
After waiting for a long time, I had to contact them myself, only to be told the item wouldn't be in stock until July 3rd. (A months wait)
They offered a 150 DKK discount, which I accepted based on their explicit promise that the item would be sent on July 3rd, as I urgently need it for TV recordings and teaching.
Now, they have broken that promise yet again with another delay.

Ordered riding boots early in november. Now on January 9th got a message that they will never be delivered. Paid 400€ for boots that never arrived AND the website still shows that they are available and shipping in 2-10 bussines days..
Shoddy Goods
I recieved a very expensive pair of Stirrups which had been puchased for a gift for my son and on arrival the box looked like it had been used by the staff as a football. I imediately thought that the delivery servace had caused the damage but on inspecting the brown posting outer box there was no damage therefore the contents had to have been packed in the the stated I received them. Owing to the fact that I did not have time to return and replace the item I repackaged them gave them as the present they were inted for. I would not recomend this company nor will I be purchasing from them again.
Since posting this i was contacted by the company who had absolutely no intention of tacking responsibility for their failure. I can only say that their responce was laughable and clearly designed to deflect any responsibility. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not purchase from Hypostore but if you do on your head be it.

Counterfeit goods
Purchased 2 items on Amazon from this store and both items poor quality. They are selling items not as described. I purchased a saddle pad and the photos have been used from Kentucky website however I have recieved an item not as shown in the advertisement photos. You also do not get free returns. I will leave a bad review every day until the company accepts my return and pays for it. Otherwise I will raise a dispute with my bank and report company for selling counterfeit goods.

Would not buy from this company. I ordered 2 pairs of boots. Noted they were in stock until paid for. I then received email saying 1 pair wasn't in stock until 13th January. I asked for pair in stock to be sent, advised that would be additional charge. I waited until the 13th where I received email advising the boots still weren't in stock.
I cancelled my order and requested a full refund.
I haven't received refund, hypostore advising my bank is blocking the return of funds. I have contacted my bank and they have advised there is no such thing.
HypoStore have tried many tactics on why they can't return funds. Such as "bank blocking return"although they refuse to try again.
They have stated they can't try a different card due to fraud and money laundering.
As I'm sure everyone is aware, this is not how money laundering works.

I recently had a mixed experience with HypoStore. While their product range and discounts are impressive, there were some delivery hiccups. I had ordered two Premiera halters, and although the price was significantly better than in Canada, the delivery took longer than expected due to the busy holiday season. 10.09.2024 I placed an order on the home page of the online store, a gift for my child's 10th birthday, a riding helmet for 399.95 euros. I chose this store only because they promised fast delivery of my order to Latvia. Although the product itself is available on the market at a lower price. This time I was interested in the delivery time. Initially it was 1-3 days, then 5-7 days, and yesterday I found out that the order had just left the territory of Holland and was heading to Latvia. That is, the delivery time, plus sorting in Latvia and delivery to the final recipient is at least another 7 days. So we have at least 10 days from the moment of ordering, and maybe even more, since the order is somewhere between Holland and Latvia.
As a result, we have a ruined child's birthday.
I am disappointed with the quality of service of this store, as well as the speed of resolving my issue. More precisely, it was not resolved.
My advice, do not believe what is stated on the website, their delivery is not fast, not fast at all.

I will no longer be supporting this site. They provide inaccurate and misleading information regarding delivery dates and make zero effort to correct negative situations with their clients. Customer Service for two months has been making a lot of excuses and not many plans to resolve the situation. There are more professional sites available that care more about their customers - so long Hypostore.

I ordered some Christmas gifts from this site that I could not purchase from a UK-based retailer. I contacted customer services before I placed the order via chat, and was promptly told delivery would be within 5-10 days. Placed order on the Sunday, and it was dispatched same day. To my shock and delight, it arrived on Thursday! These were actually replacement items for ones I originally ordered from another retailer that are still missing 40 days after I ordered, so I'm all the more thrilled to have received such brilliant service from HypoStore.
